ios 7 activation error fix 10-5-2013

This is a very quick video on how to fix the activation error screen for ios7 which is asking you to have a developers account in order to get in, but this method will get you past it but will however reset your phone; but this is the price you will have to pay in order to have your iPhone/iPod up and running again:)

If you had followed the steps exactly as I said then that shouldn't have happened, that came up for me until I re did it again; there is a high chance you might have just missed out a step?

I have a 4s and the connect to iTunes message is coming up on my phone but it is connected to itunes. Itunes even sees it and says the phone is recovery mode... does this mean its working or its not ?

my power button is broken so i guess im sol for the time being? I have read that you can try and option-click the check for update but then on itunes it says the firmware i downloaded was not compatible.

I can not downgrade my iPhone from 7.0 beta to 6.1.3 because of the app Find My iPhone. I need to turn that off but I can not go to my settings and turn it off because I see the error. wtf.

How to fix activation error without losing all of your data 1) Update iTunes to 11.1.1 2) Download iOS 7.0.2 for your specific iOS Device from Google (search for iOS 7.0.2 download) 4) Drag iOS 7.0.2 to Desktop to locate easier (optional) 3) plug in iDevice to iTunes 4) While holding in the Shift key, Click on the "Check for Update" button 5) Locate and Select the iOS 7.0.2 you downloaded 6) Accept the Verification and follow the onscreen instructions *NOTE*This is not 100%. may not always work.

Fuck.. I don't wanna loose everything.... I got my photos imported with dropbox even when i had activation error.. But i have numbers, game data etc.. I really hope someone finds a way to get through the activation error without losing data...
