How do you alphabetize the albums that you've named? I used to be able to do that so I can find an album easy but now I can't. Thank you!

Hi Norma - If you hold down on the albums, you can move them around. There doesn't seem to be a sorting by name option unfortunately. So, hold the album down and then you can move it up or down. Hoping this helps! Cheers! Mollie

Hi Lanie - Unfortunately, as far as I can tell you can only press and hold on an album to remove it from one folder. This is a limitation for sure! If I'm going to organize on my phone, I'll create the folder first and then the albums inside of it. Hope this helps in some way! Mollie

I’m having trouble when I tried to add a text to the picture. It is not allowing me to change the color of the letters. Do you know if this is a common problem with the new update?

Hi there - I never add text to my photos. I see in the edit area (sliders) below the photo, you can markup with pencils. Is that what you are looking for? Cheers! Mollie

Hi there - Click select at the top right in the Library View. Then click the Share icon. Scroll down the share options to "Add to Album" Hoping this helps! Cheers! Mollie

Hi Erin - the more I am using it, the more I don't like it either. To get to the all photos view doesn't work well and I rarely use the other collections so I'm less thrilled now. I do use Forever to view my photo collection more on my phone because its easier to see my own organization. Thank you for commenting!

Your directions are vague and often confusing. Your frequent use of “sort of” makes information uncertain. Why not reviewing the information from the creator, Apple and present your data with a list of essential steps in a table?

I'm starting to like it less and less. . . I hate how hard it is to swipe up into your photos to see them all. And, I find the collections aren't really useful like I thought. And, there's no way to go back. Apple just assumes we'll carry on with our collections and we are stuck. Android phones and Google Photos have their own issues as well. Thank you for commenting here.
