Iowa City Tornado Aftermath - April 14th, 2006 (Part 3)

On the evening of Thursday, April 13, multiple tornados tore through Iowa. The Iowa City community was one of the hardest hit. Damage was concentrated in a path from Menards to Dairy Queen to residences around the eastern end of Iowa Ave.
Severe damage was sustained by the Alpha Chi Omega sorority house, the Motor Pool facility, and St. Patrick's Church, in addition to many private homes and businesses. No casualties were reported.
