Allll the cheese…. By itself, can’t go past a vintage cheddar. I really like blue cheese in other food… blue cheese calzones from our local pizza place are to die for. Other than that, goats cheese is most underrated. In winter I make baked beetroot and goats cheese, paired with a peppery German sausage, and a creamy parsnip mash… follow with a scotch on the rocks. Great… now I’m hungry 😂
