my i pad is getting detected properly on a laptop but not charging through a wall charger, i checked wire and the charger but no luck, the same wire is able to detect in the computer. any ideas ???

is this a ipad 3? i just replaced the battery pack, lcd & screen but my home button isnt working looks a bit different than your. Plus my screen came with a extra connector but i have no clue with it goes too. my model is A1416
