Thanks :-) Yes, the reson I keep flipping the painting is to get "fresh eyes" on the composition and general balance in the image. Very powerful tool!

Thank you guys! The ideas usually comes up as I paint the image. I need an initial thought that gets it started. For this painting I just wanted to make a urban image with an orange sky... And some sort of shop-stand in front.

Thanks again for very cool comments. Yes, Procreate makes a video without zooming or showing the menus. But I do zoom as I work :-)

You must be so proud of yourself. I'm a huge fan of your work, I wish I could be at least 20% of how good your are. I know you create lots of Procreate brushes and you must use them a lot I guess but are there other Procreate brushes, maybe by another artist that you recommend?

I love your work ❤❤ But im just curious, do you like to zoom in and out for your work? cuz sometimes people says its bad if you keep zoom it everytime you want to draw something 😅
@nikolailockertsen Жыл бұрын
Thank you. I zoom as little as possible. I try to keep my canvas inside the screen as long as I can, until a colored sketch looks good. Bit then I start to zoom in as I do the smaller details...you have to zoom then. But you build the foundation of the whole painting zoomed out.

I'm new to Procreate so I didn't know that brushes can be customise to my liking. More power to you, your talent inspires aspiring artist.

I have sub your channel for a Long time and I admire your Skill so much. I love how you use large brush to paint the background of the scene, then smaller brushes for detailing. I have some questions: when painting background do you use layer for render complex things likes building in this video and how to create perspective grid to draw 3D object more real. Thanks in advances and sorry for my bad English. You have great talent master this awesome drawing app.

Wow. Can you tell me how the whole thing instantly started glowing with life around the 330 mark? What is that in procreate? Pulling some curves of some type? I aspire to this
@steelultron34374 жыл бұрын
okay so the video is cut, but basically he added another layer with the blend mode - Add, and used a soft brush to put in the light glowing effect everywhere.

Amazing work as always - thank you so much for posting your videos. Quick question - when you flip your composition horizontally, how do you flip more than one layer at a time in Procreate? I can only seem to control one layer at a time... Thanks!
