Just did this repair on the 11 pro max. Only one extra step, needed to remove small metal plate with 2 screws holding first battery cable. Everything else went well. I wasn’t able to reuse the speaker adhesive, so no longer water resistant. No alert messages came up after the repair. I replaced because volume was very low. I got an OEM replacement from eBay and it was “used, tested good”. Hope this helps someone

What would happen if I just remove the speaker and use it? Because my speaker is broken and lags when audio is trying to output some sounds, maybe it's trying to identify which output source to come out to. But using earphones, it's running just fine

Hello, I just did this buzzer replacement to my iPhone 11 Pro Max, it was working, but someday it just stop working, but, it is weird, when I restart iPhone, it sounds but like so loud and sounds bad, like 2 or 3 touches to unlock phone and it stop working, now I replaced it, but the new one does the same thing, somebody can help me?

DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR AN IPHONE. They were not designed to be repaired, there is a very high chance your going to break something. Call apple support and see what they can do for you. Even Apple refuses to repair there own products.
