This guy is the GOAT. I went to apple yesterday and they didnt even ATTEMPT to put pressure or anything. Charged for $329.99 CAD for a replacement screen. I was livid. Thank you for your help. The first solution worked. I got a message on the screen telling me I had to wait 5 minutes. As I waited, I tapped the screen and saw the phone was counting the minutes. So, when countdown was done, I was prompted to use my password to open phone. I did and I have my phone back. Thanks for the great help.
