In terms of rights to repair, this would be horrible considering how apple does basically everything to prevent you from repairing your phone. I Upgraded from my galaxy s8 or 9 to the iPhone 11. the Galaxy was full of scratches and the iPhone Looks completely new till now! Quality is apple also way better! The glue which they are using in the moment is more expensive than most others, better Materials .. the only downside is that Apple take so long to include new technology like 120hz. But things like the communication between apple devices like airdrop, handoff, airplay is what is the big difference. And Android has nothing of it - not even close.

It depends on lifestyle, usage, budget etc. For me Pro is the best one obviously, better screen size very helpful when having online meetings, or even playing mobile games as well. Also if you are really into photography or using the camera a lot, this is the sign that you need to get a Pro model. This kind of contents or review helps a lot when deciding which to choose, a neutral review discussion both the cons and pros is great.

I’m really glad they didn’t go with usb-c I had usb-c on my Sony Xperia and the phone only last me one month because as it turns out, the usb-c charging cable is more rigid than the usb-c port in the phone. It ended up breaking the port internally which resulted in the phone no longer capable of charging. I replaced the port, but of course the phone is no longer water resistant, rendering it basically useless to me.

I don't know why Apple continues with the angular edges on the iPhone 13. This shape makes it very difficult to pick up off a flat surface (i.e. unless it's encased in a protective case). Real impractical shape for a device that is meant to be used heavily,

It’s always funny how everybody keeps saying that they expect the design every year to be radical. Car company’s sell you 30k plus cars and they look exactly the same for the first three years and around the 4th they change the lights or some crap barely noticeable for an average of 5-6 years of the car having the same style. And nobody ever expects cars to look radically different. Take the features and enjoy because the battery difference between the 12 and 13 is surprisingly large, The pro-motion, and the cameras are worth it. If your not a basic person who just needs a phone.

Thank you for this video. I’ve always appreciated your candor… I have to say you didn’t seem very enthused in this one. I just don’t see anyone upgrading to this phone unless they are already an iPhone user that just wants to keep up with the Jones’s. For the general population, it’s going to be a little lackluster. However, I can see the potential if you are a Pro Mobile Gamer, or an independent artist. Just seems that for the majority of what people use their phones for, not much has changed besides bigger & better memory/camera/battery capabilities. My Mom still uses an iPhone 8, my son the iPhone X, I have the 12 pro. Memory & camera are the only notable differences for us casual users. I can see the 120 HZ making gamers happy & I can see the potential for independent artists needing to make short films/music videos as you mentioned the cinematic integration being directly linked already. Might be worth mentioning that for the ProRes feature on the Pro model. The base 128GB version will not allow for ProRes in 4K 30fps. Only 1080P 30fps. So if you truly want all the features the new phone will offer you can’t go with the base storage Pro model.
