As a big iPhone user myself, this video was perfect 110%. Snagged the normal 13 Pro myself and while it's not perfect and Android definitely has the edge in some areas, this thing is amazing. I mainly prefer Android on a bigger screen, hence my Galaxy Tab S7, so that plus the 13 Pro are a match made in heaven if you want the best of both worlds. Love your stuff, man. Keep up the stellar work.

I've had the note 10+ since launch and it still competes with the latest phones. Most of my friends have the iPhone 13 pro max and they still prefer my camera on many occasions. My note has had hardly any bugs or anything. For flagships there are hardly anything wrong. I have the 13 as my work phone and the Galaxy Note 20 for my personal phone. Not many people use both and can really tell the difference. I appreciate Floss and he's dead on. I'm actually glad both these companies compete with each other, it benefits us however they really need to go back to putting the charging brick in the box. Especially Apple who has been giving the same 5 watt USB-A brick and now all of a sudden changed to USB-C to lighting. Now if only the lighting would leave the iPhone and use USB-C. I have the Samsung, iPad Pro, and Macbook Pro all of which had USB-C.

The multi tasking feature, the no notch, the better way you can access notifications and just do a lot of things on Android is impossible to let go of. Now I'm a 2 phone person

I love having the 100X zoom on my Galaxy s21 Ultra. I never realized how much I use it until I tried switching to a Z Fold 2 and didn't have it. I am legally blind, so it really help me to be able to whip out my phone and zoom in on things that I can't see or read. It also comes in handy for spur of the moment pictures of things far away.

Seeing all those gripes with the new iPhones makes me realize just how well my old Galaxy S8 has held up and how little incentive I have to upgrade. You could legit make this thing sound like a 2021 flagship superphone with its features: • 1440p OLED screen • Micro SD card slot (though Samsung says it goes up to 256 GB, the actual maximum is likely 2 TB) • Headphone jack that can play up to 32 bit 384 kHz FLAC and WAV and DSD 128 • The ability to use any of the following audio settings (or all of them at once) • Having an app play audio independently from all others • Sending audio to any two bluetooth devices • Playing audio from one app through bluetooth and the rest through the phone itself (or vice versa) • Separately adjusting the audio volume for each app • Split screen multitasking + up to five more apps in multi window. You can even resize those windows and change their transparency • Always on display • Desktop mode that can be used at the same time as the regular OS on the phone itself • Metal frame and glass back (this can't even be said for the far more expensive S21+) • Landscape home screen (or even being able to use different home screen apps entirely) • USB type C 3.1 (lightning still has USB 2.0 speeds) • Bluetooth 5.0 (BT 5.2 already exists but the iPhone 13 Pro Max still only has 5.0. The S8 was also the first phone with BT 5.0 and gigabit LTE) • Notification LED • Full support for PC mice, keyboards and game controllers via USB or bluetooth as well as USB storage devices • Can function like a flash drive, just drag 'n' drop files into or out of it from a PC

I have been using Apple since 2013 with the iPhone 5S, had that phone for 4 years. Swaped it out on 2017 to the iPhone X and i still have to this day. Im a heavy user, specially when it comes to gaming on it. Long story short, from all the "dont like" from Apple, i kinda agree with the price tag and the fingerprint sensor, Notch is not something that really bothers me and the charger... well, i always end up using third party fast charge brick so "meh". I have been waiting to cahnge the X, since it works pretty well so far and battery is not an issue yet (went from "small" to "very tiny" in today standards), despite the 13 Pro/Pro Max being a great upgrade, i think i will wait for 2022 model to come out.

Great review, I think one big factor not mentioned is the ecosystem with the laptop, watch, tablet, and phone. Especially in a work setting, it’s hard to deny having everything in sync is crucial…

I got my first iPhone. I didn’t get the max but man I can say this baby blue 13 pro is dope. The apple music app on this gots me hooked. It’s nice having a normal size phone. I forgot how much more comfortable it is to use and carry. The interface took a little bit to get used too.

This review is spot-on. I used to have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and decided to switch to Apple after and I remember using the multitasking feature a lot - they should have included this with the iPhone 10 series at least, just imagine how many little adjustments they could have made to give it that classic Apple touch, missed opportunity IMO. I also wish Apple included an Always On display or LED light notification for people looking to reduce screen time, it’s just more convenient to do a quick glance rather than reaching for your phone and turning on the screen to see if you got any messages. I have the 12 pro max right now, so not looking to upgrade, but if they don’t do these for the iPhone 14, I might consider getting into the Z Fold game instead.

I literally been telling my girl I wouldn't get an iPhone until they get 120hz refresh rate. You can't go from the smooth relexes of that display to an iPhone and compare it. Now you can. So... iPhone here I come. When it comes to multitasking I'm always using it. Especially when it comes to writing music. I'll have the KZbin video or my music app open at the same time as my notes/memo app. I don't want to have to switch between my app screens or my task bar/notification bar to rewind or stop my music then have to go back and write some more. It's all right there for me. I'm definitely gonna miss that.

Just my opinion. If you're use to Android, iOS is doable but overtime you'll realize all the features you use to have that you won't have with the iPhone. I have both (Note 20 Ultra and iPhone 12 Pro Max) and they're both good but Android is way better. It just has more options that I use.

Yeah, Apple's stuff definitely isn't for everyone. I bit the bullet for the first time this year, got my first iPhone and I definitely love it (but I always used slow charging on Android 😂). Bus as he said, Android is the king of innovation, and it was like that for a few years IMO. It's amazing we all have that choice and both Android and iOS phones are amazing

Flossy, thank you for making my hour long commute from work, a good one. I got my blue 13 pro max about a week ago and I am absolutely loving every minute with it. The camera is definitely the best that I have ever had. And I tell you I never thought that I needed a 120 hrz display, but you’re not kidding as soon as I got this phone and I started messing around with it I knew I’d be missing out on something. Also, I gotta agree that this phone is “Moist”. Moist is a great word, it gets some people going and makes other people mad, but that doesn’t stop it from being a great word. Just like this phone. 🤷‍♀️ Side note, the song playing during the camera test was so sick. Thank you again for another awesome review!

@@solarcj9313 the performance is amazing. Downloading apps takes seconds, it runs any game I play smoothly, there is literally no lag on this phone, that I have noticed in a week of having it. I got mine on a very good deal, so that made it so much more worth it. What do you have now?

As someone who’s been an android user my whole life I switched to iPhone this year and I honestly like how much easier it is to use, like I enjoy a feature rich android don’t get me wrong but I’m at a point where I’m like i just want my phone to last me longer than a year, I’ve had such bad luck with androids, my first iPhone that I used regularly was just the basic 12 but when I saw I could get a phone as big as my old a70 I was like damn I gotta do it lmao

People say the iPhone 13 series is just another 12S. Nothing could be further from the truth. A lot of major upgrades are packed into the 2021 iteration than people would admit. I upgraded from the 12 Pro Max to 13 Pro Max and I couldn’t be more happier! The best iPhone Apple has ever made.
