I tried a lot of OLED panel. All of them hurt my eyes and head. I'm done with OLED. They won't get my money.

So happy you did this video, I always check to see if there was an update. I managed the 12 for a week but ive had to return every single apple oled phones. It is exhausting ordering waiting and then returning. I hope the 13 works out for you :) Great video x

Thanks for the review video! I have the same issue and haven’t been able to update to any new iPhone since the iPhone 11 :/ I really want to upgrade but this issue has been stopping me. Glad to know that I’m not alone!

Helen, I just posted another updated. My headaches went away. I have a theory why that is, and I discuss it at length. It's such a tricky problem, and everyone is different, but I really feel the 13 is better than the previous phones. Wishing you the best of luck!

I’ve had the same issues as you, I couldn’t even handle the oled Apple Watch, I’ve tried and tried and hoped that I was just imagining it. Then I gave up hope and just picked up an iPhone 11. But I have the 13 pro max coming in the mail and I’m just hoping that I have some tolerance to it. Happy to hear that so far your experience is good and i hope that it continues to be

I suffer the same issues I had the 13P for 10 days as it was giving me headaches and nausea after 10 mins of use. Great and solid phone btw! So getting myself a pixel 6 and hoping the mini led display rumours for the future iPhones are true! I think the issue is that android phones have DC dimming and iPhones don't.

@@helenwong702 That sucks! I returned it! It was good to start with but let down by it bugs and fingerprint sensor. It is also big and heavy, They are on the right track hopefully they will sort out their bugs and introduce a more compact phone in the future.

I haven't tried a high refresh rate OLED phone .. have my LCD phone 120hz but i want to say that high fresh rate and invisible flicker to slow mo camera does not mean we are safe Last week i tried hard to get used to a gaming monitor of 24" 240hz flicker free certified and i get horrible eye strain and headache Also before i used the iphone 12 i had a pixel 3 oled ..and i was sick for 6 months as i never get used to it .. i will not force my self anymore Some people are more sensetive to another's

know the videos from Zollotech too .. but don't know what kind of equipment he used .. pwm flicker is still visible with a good camera in slomo .. especially with brightness below 50%. I find the flickering in 13 pro max even worse than in 12 pro .. suspect that it is due to promotion mode .. Sorry for my bad English .. I feel really bad from 13 pro max ..

Good luck not having headaches from the oscilating refresh rate of iPhone 13 pro/pro max. The pro motion is just an oscilating refresh rate between 10hz when the image is not moving and 120hz when you scroll. That is a decision they made to extend the battery life of the phone. Prior to this model they oscilated between 30 hz and 60 hz. The iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR have a true 60hz and 120hz sampling (basicly 60hz). Apple products cause headaches, EyeStrain, Photophobia and for some... life threatening symptoms. I can't even look for 10 seconds straight at an apple display. Great displays, very poor refresh rates...

Idk if youre still active here or not. I have alot of headaches and i use alot of screens that idk where i get my headache from. I had tried alot of phones but all of them still gave me headache doubting me its the phone or not. I sold my iphone x and bought a android phone with 120hz lcd but still got headache so i bought a 120hz oled. Still headaches from time to time. Can you or anyone tell me how the iphone 11 is screenwise compared to oled iphones? Idc about the speed specs i might even get the se2022 if its good

I'm still here. I highly recommend the iPhone 11. Never once had an issue with the screen. I'm find with the 13 now too, but it took a bit to get used to. The 11 is a wonderful phone and the screen is stunning. Definitively worth a try.

Just get Android phone with DC dimming. It does not flicker. Oneplus or Xiaomi

BTW, ShēnZhèn province is located South ChinaMainland, very close to HongKong, most of Apple products are assembled there.
