Latest iPhones, even 15s, can only charge as fast as 27 watts (wired) and 15 watts (wireless). So, 30 watts charger is the correct one to use because more than that is useless. It’s rumored tho that iPhone 16s will be capable of 40 watts wired charging and 20 watts wireless.⚡️

Nope, it doesn’t. It is safe to use a charger with a higher wattage rating than the device requires. The one that damages the battery is excessive heat.
