Got my powder blue 14 Plus a couple weeks ago. Traded-in my iPhone SE 3. Love the 14 Plus! Don’t care about the Dynamic Island or the premium camera modules. The 14 Plus takes excellent photos, videos and has fantastic battery life, plus (get it?) it’s LIGHT!

Imo people who say that this phone should have this and have that spec bump are missing the point of it. If you want those extras then the 14 Pro is ready and waiting to be purchased, go buy it. This is a premium phone with great specs for people who have no need for the additional features…like me. I have a 14 Plus 256gb in Starlight and absolutely love it, and recommend it. Last years chip, no problem, it’ll still be a beast in 3 or 4 years time. Go buy one people, it’s a great device 👍

I only got the 14 Plus last month because at the time I wanted a new phone the Pro Maxes were sold out in the whole state of GA! 🤦🏾‍♂️ This phone is still in the 14 family & it's the same size as the Pro Max so I chose it. I LOVE the battery life! The BEST battery I've ever had on a phone! I've never been a huge Apple fan anyway & I switch phones every 2 years so I'm happy with my 14 Plus

I dont get why people are being harsh on this phone. I regard battery life and display size as the most important aspects of a phone. This phone happens to give me both. It gives one access to a big phone that has wxcellent battery life, and save money at the same time (vs the 14 pro max). Had this been released last year when i was looking for a phone to replace my iphone X with, i would have chosen this. Instead, i had to pay more for my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

I’m honestly so glad the released this phone! I love the bigger battery and the larger displays , but I was always hesitant to buy a pro Max model because of the horrendous weight. I once owned a 8 plus and after that never a plus / (pro) max again, but now I can FINALLY say I’m getting the 14 plus in starlight which won’t actually break my wrist 😂

I personally like the 14 plus. I think it’s the perfect deal phone from carriers. I do understand peoples gripes. A 90hz display would’ve probably been best for this phone.

I absolutely love my 14 plus and think it's the perfect phone for me. I wanted the big screen for content consumption and my old eyes and a huge battery as I travel a lot. I was able to get it for £860 (msrp 950) in the UK vs £1099/1199 it would have cost me for pro/pro max models. Couldn't care less for pro motion (I was comparing in the shop and could barely notice) and also preferred notch to dynamic island. Only thing I wish I had was the pro camera system - but it'd just be a nice to have I'm by no means a keen photographer.

I love the 14 Plus! One time I got three days of sparse usage! Love the battery life. At least a 90Hz display panel would have been greatly appreciated though.

I have 2 Android phones one is 6.1" Pixel 6a and 6.7" TCL Stylus 5g. Usually I prefer smaller phones but I really like having a big screen and power efficient processing with a giant battery. The 14 Plus would be a great outside all day phone, no charging worries.

Yes absolutely Christine! I used it one day from 8am and by 8pm still had 68% and that was with medium-heavy use so you are right about that no charge worries

Yes! I have a 14 Plus and if you lightly use it, this phone will literally stay on 100% for 3 hours straight! I was so AMAZED when I noticed that! 🤯🤯🤯 best battery I've ever had in a phone!

I like the 14 Plus. I thought about getting it but again, the price. I found it better getting a 13 Pro Max in gold for around the same price with the ProMotion display, Triple Camera setup and the stainless steel body until I seen it was $799 and the carrier sold the 14 plus at $629… now that’s no brainer.

Can I be the first to say that I don’t want a refurbished 13 pro max? Fully aware that they exist. Many carriers no longer have the 13 pro max, there are deals for the 14 plus so it’s not as expensive. It has a great battery, is lighter than both 13 pro max and 14 pro max. I don’t use the third camera, so I don’t need it for almost $250 more (in Canada). I can also readily get it from the Apple website vs eBay or other sites. Are there better phones? Yep. But this one is just fine. Thanks.

The gap btw 14plus and 14 pro max here in india about 700+ usd and for 13 pro max still about 400-500 usd higher than 14 plus cause pro lineup is not manufactured here but non pro models are tho

I wouldn't recommend getting this phone unless you rlly rlly want the satellite feature. Get the 13 pro max refurbished or used it's a much better deal you get a better display more versatile cameras and pro features. 14 plus is a bad deal honestly.

If you had to pay $900 out of pocket vs $1,100 for the pro max for 128 gb versions you'd def probably argue for the pro max but most major phone carriers are offering $1000 with a trade in. So, the real decisions is a 14 plus 256 gb free vs a 14 pro max 128 gb and adding $100. Free plus 256 gb may seem better for the average user.
