This video is fine for somebody who wish to upgrade from older model. But provide that there is any possibility to choose. Here in Europe, in some countries the discount for 13 models is fairly low (this probably can change dilema 13 vs 14). And in some there is no choice. I mean 14 arent available yet (sold out) and 13 anymore (also sold out). I mean some versions of 13 Pro and Pro max are stil here and there - but you cant be picky with storage (mainly 1 TB versions are still in stock) or color. So as I assume that 13 will no longer be restocked, the dilemma to go for 13 or 14 (when finally shipped) is in many states nonexistent. However what really interests me (only for science) - as mentioned the 14 has some better signal reception in 5G than 13. Does the same apply for 4G, LTE connections as well? Or specifically only 5G (and in 4G is 13 an 14 same). Because 5G isn't that widespread either, so that´s the thing that interests me.

I don’t live in a 5G area (LTE) but I travel to one. I have an iPhone 14 pro max upgraded from an iPhone 11 Pro that only had “5Ge”. It is faster than 5Ge but still feels slower than LTE despite speed test reaching over 100+mbps download... sometimes… 3 bars reaches ~90 mbps vs 4 bars ~100-120 At least I didn’t have the issue my friend did when his iPhone X connects to 5Ge it gets super hot and barely functional when using Apple Maps. He got a new 13.

How did apple not think about fingerprints all over the front facing camera when making the dynamic island? They upgraded the front facing camera but added a notch that you have to touch to interact with apps and notifications that will add smudges to the screen.

Same thing goes to 13 pro from 12 pro, 12 pro from 11 pro, point is current gen from previous gen don't always have so much difference. atleast 14 pro has bigger cameras, sensors and better display, 48mp main shooter on the 14 pro is way better than the 12mp on the iphone 7 plus all the way upto the 13 pro (6 gen of 12 mps main shooter). AOD is also exclusive to the 14 pro/max and has been fixed.

From my opinion, most of these iPhone 13 vs 14-15 comparison videos say pretty much the same things. Camera a little different, Dynamic Island is nice but not a big deal, a new but not new phone. Everyone who still hasn’t made a choice yet, focus on what matters to you most and then get a phone. I have a 13 pro max and still am comfortable and confident with it. I still don’t see or feel a huge reason to upgrade.

I don't think it's worth it, as long as your current phone can do whatever you need to do for a days worth of work and the battery lasts at least for a day. I only got it because with certain plans, you can get $1k off, I got 14 pro for $100 by trading in my 13 mini, but if you can't get that deal, it's not worth it

With the new IOS 16.0.3 update I feel like Apple purposely dumbed the iPhone 13 Pro to 90 Hz refresh rate so the iPhone 14 Pro can shine. The iPhone 13 Pro is advertised to be 120 Hz refresh rate, but feels dumbed down. If they did this it is wrong.

I literally have the same situation as you and I think I will go for the 13 pro- the 14 pro doesn’t have any big advantages and it’s more expensive

Heey, very cool and helpful video! I love my 13 pro! But..I need some help. Why after I take a photo, in the gallery, after a second it appears brighter? Different from the inital capture..Thank you!!
