So you can press and hold to change between pro formats direct in the camera app so now I’m wondering if that works for the video format button as well…

Yes, you can do it in photo mode, but you can’t in video mode is what I was saying unfortunately. It would be nice since I don’t always want to shoot in ProRes LOG, I’d like to quickly switch to ProRes SDR but you can’t

What do you think about losing the 3x capability that you get with the regular Pro? Do you think 3x is more commonly used than 2x or 5x? I’m torn between the Pro and PMax bc of this.
