I am brand new to iPhones. i did most of the start-up, and I finally got it activated. I had an android G22 ultra, and i did transfer everything I thought, but it didn't transfer my inkpad or my emails. At this point, i am confused. I love the way you explains things, but i got lost at the left upper button. It only did silent or ring couldn't do what you were showing. I want to start over. Is there a way to do that? Thank you

I just got my new I Phone 15 pro max today and it as already broken. I cannot even switch it off as most off the numbers are too big and take over the screen and I cannot even get the fonts smaller I have tried everything and it will not work at all and I am really upset by it all. And it was my first ever I phone. So tomorrow I will be taking it straight back to the Store Sky I am not going to pay for something I cannot even use. I am so very very disappointed with it.

Major flaw in your set up I was an iPhone guy then I became an android user for a long time until all these new iPhones started coming out. You forgot to mention the app move iOS did you get on the android app conveniently moves all your android apps and whatever you’ve had over to your new iPhone and my case, iPhone 12 Pro use that app downloaded it on my android and was ready to go. Did a great job. There was some apps that it did not grab but you go into Apple and download anything you might’ve missed in my case it was I believe around two applications but my point being do a thorough job on telling people, what they can do especially for androids out there that are going back to iPhone or just want to try iPhone…. Move iOS on the android app.

I just ordered the 15 Pro Max on 4/10/24 traded in my old S7 that looked and worked like new but I haven’t even taken the new phone out of the box yet because I have been waiting on the encapsulated case for it. Got rid of my old land line and this will be my primary phone, will be using your set up tutorial to get me up and running fantastic job and very clear.

I just got my very first Apple phone. The iPhone 15 pro max. I had a Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra 5g. I ended up losing all my apps I had on my Samsung. I’m still trying to learn this phone. My Samsung wouldn’t charge anymore. I think the charging port went bad. I let the guy at Verizon set my phone up. He was able to get all my contacts and pictures but zero apps. I’m going to be downloading apps for weeks to come based on what comes up in my email. I’m curious what makes an iPhone better than the Samsung I had? Why did Verizon Wireless make me have 2 phone numbers on the same phone now? It’s weird to me because I’ve had the same number since 2010. Why do I suddenly need 2 numbers on the same phone? I won’t use the secondary number ever. I mean it’s ringing to the same phone so why 2 numbers?
