I ordered 2 iPhone Pro Max in natural titanium yesterday. I’ll be upgrading from an iPhone 13 Pro Max and my mom will be upgrading from an iPhone X. Hopefully they will arrive BEFORE I leave for Athens, Greece at the end of this month.

I refuse to buy a case from any manufacturer who took the lazy route and just cut out a notch for the capture button. I don’t even want a hole cut out. Supcase figured out a way to do it right. Why can’t everybody else?

My opinion is that the camera button came about because the 16 pro max is a 15 S max fr. They had no good ideas to warrant an upgrade for anyone with a 13 pro and up

I'm trading in my 13 Pro Max for the 16 Pro Max because I use my iPhone as my primary camera for car content creation, & I think there's been enough changes in the past 3 years that makes it worth it this year. I kind regret not getting the blue titanium 15 Pro or Pro Max that I might get that as my second phone if I ever need a second phone 😂

To be fair though, none of the big 3 actually delivered anything compelling this year. Apple threw in a very odd camera button and botched the Apple Intelligence launch Samsung just mimicked Apple’s Titanium finish and threw in an anti reflective coating Google just straight up turned their Pixel into an iPhone clone but with a much worse chip performance wise These 3 are still solid upgrades for older devices but lacks anything exciting. The real arms race is happening with Chinese OEMs.

The thing about being able to access the camera on the lock screen and the control center is that you can replace those with other things and free up space there, I’ve personally had issues bringing up the camera sometimes with the touch controls

how's the battery life? do u get to complete the whole day or do u have to juice it up in the evening?

@@Kigenbryan I Don’t charge my phone overnight. Instead, I charge it in the morning, which usually takes about an hour. After charging, I disconnect it from the charger by 95%. This way, I usually have 70% battery left between 7 am and about 4 pm in the afternoon after work. This is without taking a heavy about of pictures or videos, but listening to tons of podcast and music.

I feel you -- I"m finding the 16 Pro Max to be a bit too unwieldy. The 15 Pro Max was already pushing my limits on what I wanted to put up with so I'm considering switching too. Are you still happier with the smaller form factor?

I miss so much from my 16 pro after returning and going back to my 13 mini but i just can’t manage the larger size 😢. 6.1” was already pushing it and 6.3” is just too much for me.
