I use my phone for very fast scene descriptions in the disability settings as well as with Microsoft "Seeing AI" which is helpful for me since I went blind. I found a technical reference and copied it for a better understanding of LiDAR. LiDAR was supplied by Lumentum und WIN Semiconductors before the 15 Pro. Then Apple switched to Sony. The new LiDAR scanner offers the same quality but is way more efficient. The IMX611 has the highest photon detection efficiency in the industry. It can offer longer-distance measurements with lower light source laser output. Plus, this sensor enables 3D spatial recognition, what allows you to record 6DOF (6 degrees of freedom) videos. This is the key hardware part that allows the iPhone 15 Pro to record spatial videos while the 14 Pro and older models cannot. That game is programmed not to use the one thread to mini threads that processors built into their hardware, so the game is doing this on purpose probably for advertising.

You still want to use a screen protector on the new iPhones. Apple says they are the toughest screens ever, which means shatter resistance, not scratch resistance. The tougher the glass, the less scratch resistant it can be and vice versa. Apple Care covers shattered glass, not scratches so that's what they optimize for. You'll still want a screen protector for scratch resistance but the glass is fairly shatter resistant on its own.

Though most all games will use more of the 1 thread to many threads created by these processor manufacturers and therefore the temperature will not get this hot. so it should not be getting as hot normally with any game that is programmed with intelligence involved. This game is done this way on purpose to be controversial because that's another way to advertise. Unless it was programmed intentionally to, well that doesn't make sense either, it is just created to overwork the processor.
