More than likely the stuttering you were noticing in Genshin Impact when the game was first loading in was shader precaching. I'm a PC gamer kinda person and what you described sounds similar to that. Basically the game is going to stutter whenever new assets are loaded in for the first time then after you've been playing a while it will go away. The reason for this is because not all phones or computers are going to have the same graphics processor or video ram. So it's essential creating a cache for the shaders to make loading them in go smoother for your specific hardware. If I had to hazard a guess on the iPhone they don't have to do this because there is a limited number of iPhones. Like every iPhone 14 is going to perform the same as every other iPhone 14 more or less. Just like every iPhone 12 would perform the same. I mean every Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is going to be the same way. The only issue is there's way more and a wider variety of Android phones and there's simply no way to account for that. So it must be doing some level of shader pre-caching the driver/OS level.

I saw sample photos Ice Universe took by s24 ultra running one ui 6.1.1& it's very nature and the clarity of them was a dslr like so it's really something to look for. Chatgpt with its full capabilities won't be embedded in iphone with ios 18, just the free version which is already available on chatgpt app to any one regardless of his phone type

coming from iphone 13 pro, i love the samsung s24 ultra 512gb, yes the sharp corners are annoying but i knew i was gettin into it, i do feel software wise is slower than iphone, and i feel like when im in low battery, even with battery saver mode, this thing drains so fast, compared to my iphone, when it was on battery saver the iphone lasted a lot.. other than that good phone, got it so cheap here in mexico with discounts in samsung website (around 35% off the retail price), it was worth it!

Thinking of upgrading from s22 ultra, been 2 years, just paid this off. Stuck between this and the pixel 9. I don't game much, but s24 is way better in that department, and I just hate the rounded screen man. Pixel isn't optimized well for a lot of games and content in my opinion.

Every few years I got a new Samsung. Just went from the S22 Ultra to a Pixel Pro 9 XL. It was great until the internal microphone stopped working after 3 weeks of owning it. No longer could I do speech to text unless I was screaming into it with my mouth up against it and could only make phone calls on speaker phone otherwise nobody could hear me talk. The Pixel Pro 9 XL's build quality felt very cheap. My carrier Verizon did not want to give me a new one and said I can only swap it out for a refurbished one with only a 30 day warranty. I raised bloody hell and demanded they give me a brand new S24 Ultra in it's place which will be coming soon. I will never go with a Pixel again after that. When I googled it, thousands of people were complaining about a non-working internal microphone. The reason I went with the Pixel was because my S22 always ran hot, took oversaturated photos, and macro closeups were fuzzy or blurry. The Pixel really took nice photos without that artificial look and the macro close-ups were beautiful. Hopefully the S24 will not have that over saturated look and their macro closeups improve over the S22 Ultra when I take photos and videos.

I've complained about 15 times on Samsung members and sent 3 comments to Google about this, it's hot AF and neither Samsung nor Google bother to fix it, it makes me want to buy another android phone in the future, especially a Samsung one 😊

I prefer the "sharp" edges on Samsungs, because its so large the corners act as a grip to keep it from slipping so you don't have to worry too much about how you hold it or use those obnoxious pop sockets like you would on a more rounded rectangular phone.

I take mine off the charger around 5:30 am & I can comfortably get through a day but by say 11pm it's pretty well dead with maxed out with auto brightness & that's me not using it much during work hours so don't know how people get basically 2 days out of it unless they don't use it much during first day

It's your own fault if you buy the s22u, which came with lots of bugs, bad battery and overheating. The best Samsung phone is the s23u. Even the iPhone can't keep up. But if you buy an s22 without thinking and without being informed, which is known for its problems, you're out of luck. Especially if you have green stripes and don't exchange the phone with the seller lol
