This Device is about to turn 12 years after its launch date. The iphone 4 was my first iphone. To this day it’s still my favorite one overall. The glass back looked beautiful, and I loved the metal rim around it. But above all else i think the size of the dang thing was perfect. I have small hands but the 4 was perfect to type on, even one-handed. I haven’t been able to type one-handed comfortably on an iPhone since i had a 5c!

I have an iPhone 4 on iOS 6 and a couple of 4S models as well. One black 4S on iOS 6 and a white 4S on iOS 7. It is such a beautiful phone to just look at. The skeuomorphic elements just look so nice on that phone too. I’m really happy they brought back the old design with the 12 series. The 12 mini is my favorite iPhone in years. I hate to see them discontinue the mini form factor with the 14 series. I’m crossing my fingers the SE gets the mini from factor in 2023.

i brought an iphone 4 a while back, downgraded it to iOS 6 and i installed a ton of old apps on it, put all my music, i discovered that the battery was changed in 2019 so it has amazing battery life, i absolutely love this phone, i think the iphone 4 was the most revolutionary iphone when it came out, i'm still using it today and sometimes it's my backup iphone when i'm out iof battery on my main phone so i can still recieve and make calls. my nephew loves playing old games on it... i can't believe the iphone 4 is turning 12 years old this year and still looks modern to this day.

I owned one of these phones în late 2016, my dad bought it for Christmas and i think this phone is great for a 6 yr old. My dad was an apple user until mid 2019 and at one point everyone in my family had an iphone (i had the iphone 4, my dad had the 4s and mom had an 5s or something like that) and my phone is still in very great condition, no cracks and the battery is kinda good.

I own an iphone 4s since 2015, I've been using it as my only device until september 2021 when I upgraded to Iphone 12. I still use my Iphone 4s for phone calls and sms. It's a beautiful but most importantly reliable device. Oh and the battery lasts as much as my new Iphone 12.

I dug out out iPhone 4 last month to try and downgrade it to IOS 6/5/4 (no luck). As soon as I held it in my hands, it felt so beautiful and expensive. Honest opinion, the iPhone 4 feels more pristine in my hand than my Galaxy S20+. The design is also timeless, better looking than a lot of phones today! Our iPhone 4 still has a great display, a still very good battery and is decently usable. However the home button seems to have semi broken, so you have to press it with more force for it to work and it's on IOS 7, which definitely takes a toll on its performance.

Put rubbing alcohol on the home button and repeatedly click it for a minute or so. It worked for me. (There are KZbin tutorials on how to do it)

Nah, there are some things that can improve: -The battery, that's the biggest issue, I still use my 4s but only as music player because using it with internet, drains the battery too fast -The Speakers, the metallic grills get rusty, specially if you are in a wet environment, the holes for the speakers and microphone of the iPhone 5 look better and solve that problem -The 32 charger hole, the small lighting one is more practical and better looking -Also, the headphone jack position at the bottom of the iPhone 5, is more practical than the top position of the iPhone 4, specially when you are listening to music and put it inside your pocket, is more ergonomic Apart from that, yes, the iPhone 4 & 4s have the best design, followed by the 5 & 5s Not to mention that iOS 5 & 6 are the best looking till now, from iOS 7 till current 15, they look Android like

I still have a IPhone 4S as a second phone use IOS 9 but some apps don,t work on it now as not can be update under IOS9 and it as 3G that,s no longer being used 2G will still be there for some years,and sad it don,t suport 4G, It,s still a nice IPhone and skype or messenger do still works on it, but as a whatsapp don,t, but do have my second one that,s has the latest ios on it, but it,s amazing that 4s it still is usable and working

The iPhone 4 IMO is probably the most important phone ever made, even moreso than the original iPhone. I still have mine in working order and will never part with it. I remember getting mine on day one release and customers in the business I worked in were coming in just to see my phone I felt like a rock star, it was crazy.
