Ok, the fact that they are even close enough to be comparable and the Lumia footage is straight out of camera makes it a win for the Lumia in my books. Did anyone else pay attention to the audio? I think that's a Lumia win in my ears. (Especially listen to the match strikes)

Excellent comparison, as always! Straight to the point. I would take the iPhone. 950's colours are too yellow, purple tint sneaks in at times. Also OIS is too wobbly. Lens sharpness on the 950 is still spectacular though. Comparison aside, I enjoyed the video content itself, well done!

Now use a Lumia 930 along to record audio in Dolby Surround. One thing you forgot to mention: how does the video fit on the iPhone to begin with, and how the heck will Apple let you get it off your phone to the computer? I think when the 950XL footage is on your computer, the iPhone is at 1% via AirDrop or at 0,5% via the "Lightning slow" cable. That is the real dealbreaker when using an iPhone for video.

es impresionante los micros que tiene el lumia algo que decepcionante para un iphone actual 2 en concepto de visualización hay momentos que el iphone toma bastante iluminación que pierde los colores reales por captar todo (contra luz) algo que el lumia si bien lo realiza llega en un momento que oscurece el resto de la imagen (al abrir la puerta) me recuerda a la filmación de die hard 3 en el momento de la excavación de la máquina a la pared.... salvo que manualmente realice la doble captación ...en fin esa es mi opinión y espero el vs lumia 1020 wp 8.1 o el w10m ya que ambos graban diferentes

You should do the surface dou with gcam. With the hdr+ with photo enhanced. You going to have to download gcam go and regular gcam because the regular won't let you video record. Gcam go let's you do video
