I really wish IOS 6 would make a comeback somehow. My father actually got me an iphone 4s with IOS 6 as a music player and it was the most streamlined buttery smooth experience i've ever had. If only it had 256gb of storage i'd probably still use it as an MP3. EDIT: Yes I'm aware you can downgrade to iOS 6 on older devices but what I mean is bring it to the newer devices along with our modern conveniences. Iphone 5 iOS 6 is a dream come true but its only 64gb max and alot of our modern applications do not work on iOS 6. Just imagine iOS 13 or 14 going back to basics and bringin back the Steve Jobs look and feel along with some of the old school applications. What I would give to have IOS 6 music player again that thing was perfect.

This iPhone kept pushing My iPhone 4S came to a sad end when it was dropped and the LCD broke. It’s still somewhere around my house tho. I’m gonna see if I can get another one off my friend. SBSettings! I loved this one. It was actually more powerful then today’s control Centre I believe. I used it on my iPhone 3G, and damn it was awesome. The best feature I liked about it was to quickly write down the notes from where ever you are without leaving the app. I think Apple should add something like that on CC soon. Like quickly taking notes from anywhere using CC, taking a quick photo, or maybe a small little calculator appears on 3D Touch. That would be really helpful.

The only thing that was really wrong with the iPhone 4S was extended support that got it to iOS 9. Other than that, iOS 6, 7, and 8 were the best on the iPhone 4S. We also can't forget the 1080p camera and Siri.

Love those days when Apple makes good phones with no compromise in usability. The 4 and 4s is truly the iPhone which made apple what they are now in terms of mobile devices. Those who own the original iPhone, 3g or 3s can say it better, they are innovative for its time but they are not great for practical use with issues interms of design and software. Then came the 4 and 4s with a stunning design and a much better software performance. I believe most people's first iPhone would be either 4 or 4s. This is also the beginning of Apple's obsession towards form factor and design. It really did beings back memories 😉😉

@@frosty6845 yes but interms of mobile devices the original iPhone was marked as a feature packed revolutionary device rather than a pretty looking glass slab with specs that are useful only for increasing the price. In the original iPhone they even though about were to safely place your device when you are charging. For me 4s is the last good iPhone with nothing to compromise in the name of aesthetics.

Still using iPhone 4S 64GB and will use it as long as possible, I can even easily change the battery on this iPhone, if only I could swap 64GB to 128GB it would be so cool. iPhone 4S best iPhone ever made, And I will never swap my iPhone 4S on huge like shovel iPhone X. iPhone 4S with beautiful iOS6 forever. P.S: Just look at that crappy calendar on iOS7+ and compare with the calendar on iOS6, it’s just so ridiculous how bad that calendar is looking on iOS7+.
