Widgets, Google maps, google voice all google services apart from youtube (which apple took/google gave androids version to them) social integration on anything not just fb and twitter, pretty much just everyday you can make the phone do whatever you want however you want.

awesome review, I am not really intrested in the iPhone 5, but I wanted to see what apple actually did. Personally I would have given the iPhone a lower score due to all the problems with apps and the small screen compared to other android phones. Another I thing I dont like about this one, is the new lightning connector. Use a micro usb Apple, like everybody else -.-

This is more like a iPhone 5 vs Android phones than an iPhone 5 review.

Yes, the 5 has been proven to be at 1 GHz. Made with Apple's custom design, it's like an equivalent to Qualcomm's Krait architecture. But with its PowerVR SGX543MP3 graphics (tri-core version of the new iPad's quad-core graphics), that puts it over the top on performance. However, in all essentials, the A6 processor is an under-clocked Exynos 4212 with a better GPU, just as how the A5 was an under-clocked Exynos 4210 with a better GPU.

Brandon, great review! I used to be a WinMo user, now Android. I like to keep an open mind about upcoming products in the tech industry, but to be honest..I don't see the iPhone 5 giving me enough to switch from my SSGII. There is no wow factor in IOS 5 or 6. Nonetheless, I'm sure Apple fans are pleased with the new phone as they now have a screen size that rivals the 2 year old Android phones :-D Sorry, couldn't help it!

I've got a note 2. Should i sell it and buy an iPhone 5? The note is a great device but the plastic design isn't for me and I thought that I would get used to the size but after 6 months I still can't. Those are my main reasons for selling my device. I must admit, the iPhone 5 does seem decent, and I would even consider getting it if I were going to buy a new phone. The screen and camera seem great, and it does seem fast. But, I still don't think I could stand having the boring iOS. It's not just that, but the thing is that it's just not for me. I'm more interested in the new Windows Phone 8, right now, they seem really awesome! Good review, anyway!

I am so excited to be getting a 5. Being that the new iphone 8 and X are coming out i would rather just keep a 5 since i've been hearing alot about the government spying on people through face id.

Pocket Now put iPhone 5 in the second place in the list of the best 5 smartphones to have. How is that bias. It only lost to the new HTC one and, let's face it, it is undoubtedly the best cell phone we have so far and I am not a fan of Android, believe me, I am not. Just check the list on its video list. They put iPhone 5 ahead great well-known smartphone like S3, Xperia and Lumia 920. And, if I am not mistaken, many of them uses iPhone, even if they also use Android phones. They aren't bias.

Guys, you've all stated the OS is now stale/boring, now we have software issues with GPS and build quality issues with easy scratching, light leaking, the news that third party cheap adapters will not work and you'll have to pay for the "official" adapters at 30 to 40 bucks. and it still gets a 9 out of 10???

Should have been a 7/10. You were comparing it to the Android phones out now, which mostly came out 6-8 months ago. That is just as bad as all the comparisons between the Galaxy S3 and the iPhone 4s or the Android phones coming out in 6 months to this. There have already been some incredible Android phones announced and many almost a certainty by now that would easily destroy this.
