reduce white point was already turned off on my phone but there was an option called "Auto-Brightness" it was on and I turned it off and it worked even tho the video wasn't talking about this option but still you managed to help me with this problem lol thank you so much.

Really? Do people turn on reduce white point and forget then complain about the screen being dark? It's not on by default. And you can just use the search bar so you won't have to keep on scrolling.

@Tony... I think what’s happening is that when the phone starts to get hot from being used while charging it brightness gets throttled to protect the phone. Once I unplugged the phone from the charger about one min later the screen brightened up.
