Adding dynamic island cannot significantly increase production price over the notch. It's just a different cut the machine does. I don't know with these Apple fans sometimes... The reason why Apple sticks with the notch is to make the phone less attractive to most customers so those buy more expensive models, obviously.

The notch doesn't bother me at all, just as the home button didn't bother me in my previous SE's. I'm not a fashionista, I'm perfectly satisfied when i have all the functionality i really need and use

get the cmf phone for 179$ this is going to be better than the se4 and the se is gonna go for 500$

@@xkarpx what is a cmf phone ? I’m on iOS and intend to stay there. The main reasons are the ecosystem and the after sales service. Besides, I’m used to iOS as I am on iPhones since the 4s. I once tried an Android phone (Google Pixel) but was not convinced. I still have an SE 1 and 2 that I still use and love, even if my daily driver is a 13 mini. So, I’m very much looking forward to the SE 4
