I got myself an iPhone SE. I want to carry it around for a while and see how it compares to my iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. I have a good feeling about this =)

Yes I actually threw up when I saw the S7 had max 32gb with nearly 12gb taken by bloatware and that is $400 more! Buy the 64gb version if 16gb is too little, at least you have a choice where as Samsung S7 32gb is max. And don't say it has an SD card as try running games from that card.

amfrepo The S7 also has 64 GB. However, I am waiting for the Note 6 soon as I'm hoping that 128 is the only model they have so I wont be dealing with bloatwares. Back to the 16GB rant, I mean its 2016 and I think that base models should start at 32 GB instead.

+Genaro S. Jaramillo-Guitton yes the Note 6 is the one to wait for, the S7 is just an S6 with S5 features plus normal spec upgrade. And of course avoid the Snapdragon version.

+amfrepo +amfrepo of course once the note 6 comes out I'm going to buy it unlocked with the Exynos variant knowing that is a better processor in the first place. It will be a solid a break from the note 4 in which is almost 2 years old. I also hope it doesn't include a 32 GB model. 128 is good enough for its base

I used to have Samsung phones for many years. When Apple released the iphone 4s I brought one on a monthly contract. I really liked the phone. The iphone 5 was good, iphone 5s was better, iphone 6s is amazing. I was considering purchasing iphone 6 when it was released, it put me off when I people said it bends. The iphone 6s in rose gold looks amazing, I really like the phone Im using it more than my ipad. Its like a small computer its great.

The yellow on the display is probably glue that hasn't dried yet. Apple has shipped iPhones with the glue still wet before. I believe they said it will cure in a few days.

In my opinion, this was a good idea for Apple.many people (such as myself) definitely prefer the classic squared off iPhone than the new I-pod type of iPhone. The iPhone 5 was a lot smaller, and the square build to it was convenient. While many people say it is bad, I say it is a wonderful idea, and truly a blast from the past.

I have followed you for a little while and now I am a new subscriber. Keep up the good work. I recently purchased the iPhone 6plus although I did not get rid of my 6. I like this new size but this is how I made my decision. I have the iPad Pro, iPad Air 2 and the mini. I don't use either iPad much at all. Just wanted to have them, I guess. Anyway, I like the 6plus because it serves my needs to have a great phone and yet a phone with decent screen landscape for web browsing or viewing videos, yet smaller than the mini. I don't mind using two hands. With that being said, I passed on the SE.

If you husband doesn't want the iPhone se I would like it. I am 13 years old and all my friends have phones. I always feel left out when my friends are on there phones. I have been made fun of for not having a phone and I can tell you it does not feel good :( Once I asked my parents for a phone but they said they couldn't afford it and that made me feel hopeless and left out. I have been trying to save up for a phone but that has not been working good for me. Once I even got a huge frostbite from staying out in the snow shoveling people driveways, and I only received $10 but I was tired of being left out and made fun of so I did it. I know there are other people in the world that deserves it more, but I have been praying for a chance to get an iPhone and I think this video was my prayer being answered:)

It just so seems like Apple wanted to use the remaining 5S screens as they just forgot all the positivity of 3D Touch from the iPhone 6S.. * Did they input 3D Touch functions with the long pressing, as they did with Live Photos? * Is the nightshift function gradual or it just turns yellow at a given moment?

I think the biggest thing about this phone was the price point which is actually pretty good for a new iPhone. My wife is trading in her 5C for a Gold one and all I can think of is "Gold is best!" I think you are right though Apple kept the price low (Margins high) by re-using some parts from their 5S supply which must be in good quantity. If you are coming from a 4, 4S, 5, 5C, or 5S though I think people won't miss the newer fingerprint sensor since they either didn't have one or the one they have is the same. I don't think too many people would be going from the 6S to a SE. Overall its an interesting phone it seems. A nice upgrade for those on the older smaller phones in any case at a welcomed price point with 6S internals no less.

Hi Erica, I went from the 5C (Yoshi colour!) to the Galaxy Note 4 and now to iPhone SE. As much as I did have a good time with the Note 4 it is a great device, I personally love the SE as I've always loved the build and style of Apple's 4 inch phones as well as iOS, and the performance on it is infinitely better than my 5C. My main issue with Apple has always been battery life. It deteriorated so fast on my 5C to the point where I couldn't use it at all. The SE so far has shown me fantastic battery life, let's just hope Apple has listened to their customers and that it'll last!

iPhone 5S is still a brilliant performer at a better value now. Sure the SE has faster internals but it's more expensive. The 5S can still keep up with most modern games and apps and the UI experience is going to be almost identical.

I think keeping the design of the iPhone 5 was a good choice because by doing that the new iPhone 5se owners will have a lot of accessories to choose from, unlike those who bought an iPhone 5c. And an added benefit of reusing old parts, even though it doesn't sound that attractive for a consumer it's good for the environment so ++Apple

Hi Erica! The screen, touch ID, loudspeaker, earpiece, front camera, are all identical to what is found in the 5S, with most of these parts measuring the same and functioning in a 5S model (as tested by iFixit)
