Hi friend, i recently bought a GX screen for my XS, i was wondering if the instalation will affect the Face ID sensors and the True tone. Seller says that it won't but i'm not quite sure since the screen i'ts obviously not original haha, please let me know.

If the Touchscreen is not working, take everything off again. make sure you wait a little bit and then connect all connectors. Once again connect the Battery AFTER you connect the other connectors.

My screen fr the XS Max does not turn on so I am trying to change the screen. I bought a "pro" set of tools for electronics with over 100 parts. I got the two screws out by the charging port and got the screen off. I tried to take some of the screws out like they exhibit in youtube videos. I do not see what bits will work. Theyl do not fit in the screw head. Does anyone know exactly which bit would would work or maybe I am doing something else wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Replaced it with a genuine iPhone XS lcd and the bottom half doesnt work but works fine on the XS it came from

No such thing as a genuine iPhone XS lcd. iPhone XS uses AMOLED, but can buy 3rd party LCDs. Not saying there's anything wrong with them but they're 100% not made by apple and aren't as high quality.

No. The phone is not waterproof and will never be, no phone is waterproof but it will be water resistant. Like JosiahLund said it will once you put a new seal on.

If youre able to tap on the camera icon tap on it then go to photos then go to all photos that will send you to the photo app you then can slide to the sides or from the corner to get to home screen
