The old adhesive is 10x better than using the new tape strip - i've reused mine twice now no issues😀

You never mentioned that there is a problem with replacing the screen! I googled it too late! A lot of the time you need to get the screen calibrated, I have no touch screen now. Good instructions though. I followed them to the second.

It is not true. The screen doesn't need to be calibrated. Works automatically right...

Hello I got a question my screen I dropped it on the ground from like 5ft up and the whole screen turned green and flickers and idk what option to chose on the Ali express it says like oled and lcd option and idk I’m doing it from home

Hi, if you buy a new display I recommend you to not buy a tft (it is a very low quality model) display and never a lcd (it consumes a lot of energy and it can damage your phone), I recommend you to buy a soft oled screen or an OEM oled screen since this both two are high quality displays and almost as good as the original display. Solved! Google again! Do a system reboot. Press volume up then down then press and hold the power button until the apple logo appears. Voila!!!!!!!!!
