No wonder I had this happen, I was replacing a back glass for a customer when I discovered a damaged flex connector for his flashlight/microphone power assembly, I ordered the part and I’m going to install it hopefully it works and his phone doesn’t keep looping

In most of the cases that fault is related to that, I mentioned but sometimes the fault might be from the motherboard too.

Might be loose contact with the battery or must be battery faulty. Try by changing new one.

Even I had the same issue when I changed the battery on my x and when the battery fully drained at night and I plugged in for charging in the morning it started to restart in every 1 or 2 min but when I plugged in the old battery it booted fine

First 0% is the problem. You have to fix it. Once check wireless charging working or not. Restart and laggy is the cause from the side of wireless charging side.I also faced such issues on iPhone XS Max before.
