Agree with XI but Order IMO will be: Gill Buttler ✈️ Sudarshan SRK Rutherford ✈️ Tewatia Sundar Rashid ✈️ Rabada ✈️ Siraj Krishna Sundar will come up the order only if their is a collapse, else even Rashid can come before him if match has reached death overs. Best part about GT is the use of impact player. They will keep: Lomror Arshad Ishant Sai Kishore If they lose too many wickets & need a batter, then can go for Lomror. If they want someone to finish in18-19th over, they can play Arshad & he can give them left handed bowling option too. If they don't need batting, they can get in Ishant. If they see pitch being spin friendly, can get in Sai Kishore as 3rd spinner. This flexibility makes them a team to beat irrespective of conditions they will face.

GT seems like a promising squad, but without a good middle-order. In 2023, when they were runners-up, they had Hardik Pandya and David Miller in the middle order, which contributed to their success in that season. This seems missing in the 2025 GT team. However, as a whole, the team looks strong. Btw, Lav-ving your videos !

Rahul tewatiya is most consistent finisher in last 3 ipl. Also rashid khan has finished 3-4 games. So dont ignore them. Ye wo kam karate hai jo bade bade finishers jaise hetmyer,stoinis, tim daivd jaise karane me bhi fail ho jate hai.

tewatia has been phenomenal for both GT and RR before that. A spinner who became a finisher.

GT batting side team nahi banati wo bowling side jayada rehta hai...or overall package dekhna chahiye ki jo top 3 hai wo baaki team ki tarah nahi hai 20 ball me 40 laga to thik nahi to aaya ram gaya ram ...ye 3 batsman me se koi na koi ek last tak rahega ...kisi team ka top order heavy hota hai to kisi ka middle order... GT ne middle order me compromise kiya hai but lower middle order match winner bhi hai ... tewatia ko hum jayada count nahi karte jo last 3 years se usne bowling kiya hi nahi hai IPL me sirf as a batsman khela hai to for GT he is a main batsman not all rounder....i know last 3 year's ke tewatia ke total shayad 500 runs bhi na ho but wo last 3 year's me wo 5 se 6 match jeeta chuka hai it means wo run machine nahi hai but as a finisher wo 2 game de dega season me ... same things with Rashid in batting...wo hai bowler but wo season me batting se bhi contribute kar dega ..in Winning side....my 11 is 1) Buttler 2) Gill 3) Sai 4) Shahrukh 5) Glenn/ Rutherford 6) tewatia 7) Sundar 8) Rashid 9) rabada 10) Siraj 11) krishna ...8 tak batting hai so depth hai so wo middle order ka cover top 3 & lower middle order se kar lenge cover-up baaki dekhte hai

Sir, Tewatia has won many matches for them, I agree. My only concern is the gulf after the top 3. GT suffered like that even last season. Sai and Shubman would start so well but the middle order wasn't up to the mark. Baaki their bowling is definitely the stronger suit. Just hope the lower-order comes to the party for them.

You want to play both Philips and Rutherford, that's indeed interesting. You can't play Coetzee though then. Only 4 overseas, and if you want to bring 1 on as impact sub, you can only have 3 overseas in the starting XI.
