I am a working student here in Melbourne. Mataas ang labor dito so the income is “mataas” compared to the Philippines. Pero kapag nandito ka sa ibang bansa, ganun din yung halaga na yun. My tuition is so expensive kaya partial payments lang muna (at nagbabayad pa kami ng utang sa Pinas). Pero I make it a point na mag save lagi. Kasi kahit may kamag anak na pwede tumulong sayo, mas okay na may sarili kang pera. Nakabudget na ako lagi saka usually baon baon lang ng pagkain at iwas daan sa grocery kung di kailangan. Yung paunti unting ipon, lalaki rin eventually. Wag manghinayang sa mga sale na hindi nabili pero okay din na once in a while may cheat daw ka rin. Haha! Pero wag umasta na one day millionaire 😂

Na-inspire ako sa video na to ate kaya just wanted to share na I buy stocks to earn money! Yung savings ko from my allowances tumubo na siya ng around 25k in just three months pero risky din kasi pwedeng malugi kaya dapat i-check ang news lagi. Maybe you should try venturing sa ganon ate! Tsaka one misconception of people is that you need a lot of money to buy stocks pero hindi! Some companies you can buy shares for as low as 50 pesos. 😁I think I will make a video na same concept pero student version. Thank you ate kris!

Thanks for this. Ako yung taong si "Yolo" every week na sweldo, gala dito, bili doon.. Basta gastos. I'm working as Virtual Assistant, every week ang sweldo and it has changed my family's lives. Now, working in that industry gives you no guarantee na magtatagal ang work. When the company no longer needs your help, the job is over & you're bound to search for a new one, also means na matitigil ang pasok ng pera. Now, I'm starting to save money. Same tayo mommy Kris. Kuripot din po kasi ako. At talagang hindi ako gumagastos hangga't hindi naman kailangan. Hindi kami mayaman pero nakakaipon naman ako kahit na ang salary lang ni hubby ay 500per day. Nagugulat nga siya sakin kasi nakakaipon daw ako at wala kaming kautang-utang. Mas maganda talaga kasi yung may ipon. Hindi ka kasi mai-stress kapag dumating sa time na kinapos ka kasi alam mong may mahuhugot ka.

Hello, isa rin sa nakatulong ko mag save ang alkansya, every coin counts, syempre kahit gaano ka liit ang income may matira parin konting coins so pwede i lagay sa alkansya, pag napuno na pwede na itransfer sa bank. Not just 1 alkansya but as much as you can. Sa akin i separate the coins (5 and 10 peso coins) and bills. And no need bumili ng alkansya, you can utilize water bottles. And sa bawat goal ko or may bibilhin or gustong puntahan, gagawa na naman ako ng separate alkansya na pag iipunan at huhuloh hulogan ko kasabay ng iba pang alkansya para hindo magalaw ang savings.

Thank you Mommy Kris! 💖 Graduate po ako ng BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION noong 2016, pero hindi po ako nakapag work dahil buntis po ako that time. 7-8mos. po ang baby ko nung nakapag work ako pero CYCLE lang ang nangyayare sa income ko. Sasahod ako ng 5k/ kinsenas katapusan, pero nauuwi lang pang pedia at pang gatas ng anak ko. Naging sakitin po sya nung nag switch kami sa formula, breastfed baby sya. Nag stop ako mag work at nag full time mom ako. Grabe yung pinagdaanan naming tatlo ng partner at baby ko, need namin mag rent ng bahay. Yun pa yung time na hirap pa mag work partner ko kasi dko pa kaya ng mag isa. Nag kakautang utang kami, halos araw-araw sardinas kami. Dumating ang 2017 and 2018, nagkaron ng chance na makapag benta po ako online ng mga authentic make up ang laki ng kita ko, pero hindi ako nakapag save. July-August 2018, depression is real. Gusto ko mag work, pero wala akong pag iiwanan ng anak ko. Partner ko may work that time, pero sakto lang yung sweldo. In fact, walang natitira pang kain namin or pang bili needs ng baby namin. I pray to God. And hindi ako nabigo, sabi ko Lord, trabaho lang. Ang binigay nya sakin ay yung chance na makapag start ng online business. Dito na po nag start ang lahat, unti unti akong naka ipon. Kahit may mga gusto akong bilhin, pinigilan ko ang sarili ko. Ayoko na ulit dumating kami sa time na walang wala na naman kami. Isa lang po natutunan ko, sa buhay ng tao lahat CYCLE lang.. Kaya ang gusto ko pong paikutin ay ang maayos na pamumuhay na may gabay ng Panginoon. Sobra pong helpful nitong content nyo po Mommy Kris, mas lalo po akong na inspire. Real Estate in the Philippines is now a good investment, not only that real estate prices increase day by day. It seldoms decrease. pinaka unang solution para makapagsave is ang pag budget. pag wala kang budget kasi ndi mo alam san napupunta pera mo. I'm doing the envelope system. may category expenses like grocery budget, etc.. tig iisang envelope per category para hiwa hiwalay pera, naka allot na and syempre meron dapat for savings. mas maganda rin passbook, kapag atm card kasi basta may atm withdraw agad, pag passbook kelangan over the counter withdrawal so effort pa. living within your means lang talaga yan, kasi kung madami source of income or lumaki sweldo pero puro gastos ganun din wala maiipon.

I agree po sa spend less save more. 4 yrs nako sa trabaho ko and for the past 3 yrs di talaga ako nakaipon kase pagka sahod deretso sa mall bili bili one day millionare😂. Pero ngayon na unti unti ko nang nakikita na nabubuo na ang goal ko, mas naging eager ako na makaipon. Isipin na lang natin na anything na di pasok sa budget it's a NO. Masarap panghawakan ang lifetime happiness yun nga lang kelangan natin maghirap sa ngayon kesa naman masaya ka lang ngayon, nga nga naman ang future natin. Very well said 👏🏼 saving differs on a different situation, point is.. no matter how small you save it accumulates and before you know it nareach mo na quota mo. I’m a risk taker type of person after I save dinidivide ko yung naipon ko, half of it stays in the bank half of it I use for business kahit na small time business lang retailing usually ginagawa ko mas malaki pa rin tutubuin nun kesa sa bank. And also I divide my savings into 7 accounts. Yup 7. Para malinaw sakin kung San mapupunta yung savings ko at malinaw din kung Ano pinagiipunan ko. Minsan pag isang account lang and naipon na sya medjo overwhelming eh feeling mo andami mo ng naipon when in fact pag dinevide mo sya Hindi pa rin pala enough. I like this grown up content of yours kris, keep it up 😊

Nandto ako ngayon sa dubai i am 22yrs old. May family nako may isang anak 3yrs old. Nakatira lang kami sa side ng boyfriend ko. Yes boyfriend pa lang but we're planning naman na na magpakasal maybe after my contract here. Before kasi bili lang ako ng bili ng kung ano ano but nung naisip ko na kailangan ko maabot goal ko na ipon para sa house and also para sa pagpapakasal namin kaya less gastos nko lalo kung di nman importante. Bukod kasi sa sahod ko may tip ako na natatanggap dito kaya yung tip lang halos ang napapanggastos ko. Sya rin nagttrabaho din sya sa pinas kaya dalawa kami nag iipon. 1. Don't spend more than what you earn. 2. Spend 50% your earnings to needs ( rent, food, gas etc etc ). 3. Pay credit card in full . 4. 20% to wants, this is a good thing to motivate you. 5. 30% goes to savings. We're working couple, we have 1 shared bank account and only 1 income is used for spending the other income goes to savings. Invest on real estate, own a home instead of paying a landlord. Pay your mortgage in 15 yrs instead of 30 yrs. Enjoy life ...work hard, play hard. Money is important but don't be a slave of money.

Thank you for this kris...I am the breed winner for our small family so kahit malaki2 yung sahod ko wala akong naiipon but i come to realize masaya pala yung at the end of the year may makikita ka for the small amount na iniipon mo...so ngayong para mas ganahan akong mag.ipon i did a challenge like 50 peso challenge every change na nakukuha kong boung 50 pesos i put it away...at every sukli or sobra sa daily allowance ko nilalagay ko sa piggy bank namin...😊😊😊

Parehas tayo Ms. Kris. Super kuripot din ako dahil ayaw ko na rin maranasan yung wala. Never ako nakabili ng damit worth 1k. As much as possible thrifted items lang binibili ko, I made sure lang na maganda siya para di halatang thrifted. Tapos yung savings ko passbook din talaga. Pagkasahod, diretso bank na yung tinalagang amt of money na iipunin ko then pagkakasyahin ko nalang yung remaining money on hand. 😊
