I've used almost all types of UIs such as Stock android, fun touch, MiUi, One UI, IOS, Oxygen, realme UI, color Os. I haven't found one to be very good and other to be very good. oxygen OS was once my favourite but I wouldn't say it's better than one UI or Realme Ui. I find it easy to use any UI and I'm sure most of the people do too. Only compromise is probably cameras which aren't even too bad. They are just above decent. As far as I can tell I do not see any major compromises.

There's nothing wrong with fun touch OS. It's much refined and gets improved continuously with updates. Hot apps and hot games are not present in the flagships and if it is there just disable it. Animations are consistent throughout the apps and doesn't stutter and jitter for a bit.

One thing I'll mention out for gamers , always prefer a phone for gaming IF it does have that bypass charging feature. It basically prevents the deterioration of battery health. Much needed features in all flagships imo

The only thing I hate able iqoo is that 13 launched at 55k selling for 52k meanwhile iqoo 12 is still selling for 52k. They should lower the prices of older model to capture more market but they never do. This is a good strategy one plus has started from last year.

The pricing is really really good, I love its consistent design philosophy instead of what other brands do, trying out different designs everytime. I'm going to replace my Neo 9 Pro with IQOO 13 (16/512) by end of this month, this is a complete flagship experience. Can't wait to try out my favorite games, the only thing I wanted is a 1 TB variant otherwise it's a near perfect smartphone.

Halo light feature is useful according to me. We used to have this feature in every phone almost a decade ego but then it was removed which I believe was not a good move. For instance, you don't need to unlock your phone every time to see whether you miss any messages or calls, just a glance over this light can give you that information.

X200 is definitely better when it comes to cameras, no doubt. But if I was choosing between the BBK brands, I'd go with OnePlus 13 for a simple fact that the forum community (flashing, rooting, etc) is there, but the same is not true for other BBK brands like Oppo/Vivo/iQoo. In the meantime I'll be sticking with my current OnePlus 12 16/512GB as 13 doesn't provide much in the cameras department comparatively. But if don't care about that, go for the one that suits your needs, be it cameras or price point.
