@@joshuahering2041 on a real test, the professor would have to give you that one haha. You'd have good reason to pick none of the above; I think he just slipped a little when he was drawing that 1700 stretch.

Good Day sir. Though I may not know you, all I can is that this your channel is the BEST OR NUMBER ONE CHANNEL when it comes to knowledge. I started watching your videos since 2017, One of the reasons I graduated from college is because of your videos and teaching which was very apt for understanding. I really want to say I'm a highly grateful man, you have touched so many lives you don't know. God bless you richly sir 😭😭. I'm highly super grateful. Please don't stop for others who like me you gave hope and motivation to try better in our academics via your video. You gave touched so many lives that you can never imagine.

Im confused because my IR chart says an OH bond is between 3200 and 3500. Not at 3000
@camiloacevedo7516 Жыл бұрын
In my IR chart, we are given three options for OH bonds. When OH is present in an alcohol, phenols (dilute solutions), it is between 3590 and 3650. When OH is present in alcohol, phenols (hydrogen bonded) it is between 3200 and 3550. When OH is present in carboxylic acids (hydrogen bonded), it is between 2500 and 3000.

Wouldn't problem 5 be A because 2 peaks on the amine mean it is a primary amine? and answer D is a secondary amine.
@anjalikushwaha8184 Жыл бұрын
Answer D is primary amine as nitrogen is directly attached to one single carbon and not 2. At first I also thought the same but then after looking at it carefully I realised it just looks so because of the ring it appears as if it's attached to 2 carbon but no just 1. It's been a year though!😂
