All about survival at Winton, I've opted to give it a miss in the iR-04, did a bit of practice but just don't get on with the track at all. Hope it's somewhere friendlier this week. Couple podiums to start the season has to be better than expected. All about picking your battles and sometimes it's just best to let the Doyle's of this world fight themselves. Well everything seems rosy, just 10 weeks to go! Another action packed race with a sweet outcome, Bravo!

Very much so. And not only is it two podiums… it’s two podiums where I haven’t had to make a single overtake! Brands Hatch GP next up. Imagine there will be a few dangerous dives up the inside out on the back part of the track

Oh my days! This was just as crazy as the Porsche race! Haha fair play and well done on the podium. Some really good driving under pressure from Roberto for a while too!

Great race as always and loving the commentaries too. It is interesting looking at the results that, based on best lap times, you would have finished 10th! Consistency is everything, it seems.

Yeah, exactly right. I’ve had a couple of podiums in this series when, on lap pace, I’ve probably only been 10th, 11th or 12th fastest. It definitely pays off to be a little bit cautious sometimes, and wait for others to make mistakes. There seem to be a lot of them in the F4! Thanks for watching, appreciate it.

I’d like to point out the right after the sweeping left is called “Roll-Over corner” and based on my experimentation in the TCR Honda, that’s not an idle threat. Good race, Chris. I loved watching your defensive lines

Haha, yes I’d say that bend is very well named! It terrified me every lap, and particularly on the occasions I had someone making a move up the inside at the same time. I backed right out of those battles!

Haha 😂 very true. If you want a chilled out race, best avoid the iR-04. Absolute mayhem. Wreck avoidance is definitely the name of the game. Two podiums in two weeks, and I’ve not even had to overtake anyone yet!

Great race Chris! This race was a slugfest, cars flying everywhere at the start! A typical race in iracing haha. Something about the Formula 4 that makes it very fun its a neat little car. Keep up the good results!

@@chrisrogerssimracing haha! A lot of times that's all you have to do in iracing. just wait for others to wreck themselves. I had my fist ever Porsche race this week and qualified 9th and finished 3rd. Didn't overtake a soul. lol. Good times!
