Man I wish I found your channel sooner. Absolutely great content and racing. Thanks to you I went and picked up the same wheel/pedal set-up as you yesterday and already logged about five hrs of solo testing. I got a long ways to go in getting good. It's weird not having the forces on your body like IRL racing and having to learn the feel of the wheel feedback for control. An absolute blast.

Seems somewhat affordable and could see myself getting into that in the later future. Good luck in iRacing, no G forces, but you'll get some transferable skills for real life and it hurts alot less physically and financially to wreck! ;)

I will have to agree with #3. It is the lead lap cars responsibility to pass a lap car safely. And it is the lap cars job to hold his line. They might have been side by side but there were 3 lanes above him that could have been used and were not

It is the responsibility of the passing car to successfully execute a pass, whether it's a lap down car or not. If a car sticks to the low line, and you crash trying to go around him, you have nobody to blame but yourself.

Yea, as much as it's frustrating and can be a dick move depending on the circumstances, the guy at 9:57 has a point. Better to lift and lose spots, as the #5 and I did, rather than wreck. The same point is also made at 3:30. If you're lapped however, there are smarter ways to go about it, especially if there are no positions to gain or no cautions to get a lucky dog / wave-around. If the leaders wreck, there's a good chance they'll take you out too.

This is called iRacing....its on Pc....it is a simulator for different racing modes. There's more then just Nascar. Its very professional and they do not tolerate trolls, backwards driving...this is as real as it gets in terms of rules regulations in the racing world. And its so fun when you win
