Maryann, my sister is 72 years old and has been diagnosed with alzheimers. In 2015 she thought trump was like a god. I hate alzheimers. She always has said President Biden had dementia. In case it helps, I’m in my late 70’s and had the same diagnosis. My husband had FT Dementia, not Alzheimer's and one doesn't have both. One only has one type of dementia. I don't think he has FT dementia. I think trump has cognitive decline beginning Alzheimer's combined with his mental health issues, effects of lifetime of drug use and poor diet and personal health practices, etc.. All of these people seem to be connected to Trump and Putin, somehow. I think it would be very disturbing that Netanyahu may have possibly orchestrated the October massacre, of his own people, for a land grab. Kushner said in an interview, that they wanted to build condominiums on the coast in Gaza. It seems to me that Putin aided in this, in order to keep the US from sending more aid to Ukraine, while Putin makes his own land grab in Ukraine. This trial is brought by the State of New York and is not a federal prosecution. It is for falsifying business records in the first degree, 34 counts, all felonies. Since these are state charges, if convicted, he can only be incarcerated in a NY State penal facility and not a federal facility such as Getmo. So, no Club Fed for him in this instance. Same with a conviction over the RICO charges in Georgia. The Federal cases he is facing are the documents charges in Florida and the Washington DC case over his involvement in January 6th. With those two courts, he could conceivably be sentenced to a Federal facility including Getmo or Leavenworth but since they are nonviolent crimes will probably be sent to a minimum security prison which excluded Gitmo.
