If this transfer is correct, then I suggest that it is a barter transaction. Russia is apparently supplying Iran with modern air defence equipment and electronic warfare equipment in preparation for an attack by the USA on behalf of Israel. Maybe Russia is accepting missiles from Iran as payment. It would also be very useful for Iran as they get to discover whether their missiles are really useful in full battlefield conditions or whether modifications are required. I wonder whether Iran will close its airspace to the 3 sanctioning countries. A lot of air routes have Teheran as a waypoint, especially with Russian air space closed to them.
