So long as the courts remain weak on trash like this, they'll keep it up. You'll notice that whenever they try this crap in other countries (which, sadly, they do) the courts beat them down and make them very much aware that it won't work there. Here in the US? Nah, they let them get away with it.

There is a process for renouncing United States citizenship. However, it can only be done in a US Consulate in a foreign country; you will immediately be forbidden entry to the USA for I think 5 years; and unless you are in the process of immigrating somewhere else, you become stateless. Being stateless sucks gravel and spits sand unless you are fabulously wealthy -- and even then it's difficult.

You should be offended and disgusted that these mentally deranged people have usurped your ancestry and culture to avoid obeying laws simply because they hate who they are and their narcissism allows them to believe they are better than everyone. They choose to ignore their own struggle and history and are all extremely dangerous racists who are extremists that don't obey the law. What they really need is to be shoved into a cell and shown who has jurisdiction. It's frightening to believe that people can be so delusional that they ignore actual history to make up a fake story with a fake history and associate themselves with a country and history that would laugh and mock their nonsense. They are truly disturbing.

As an African American in their early 30’s, who has gotten to have a life very different than even my mother’s, who was born in 1957… btw, my mother’s parents.. left Alabama and moved to upstate NY.. because of the racism. That’s how close this touches my own personal history. For someone of color to pervert what our ancestors fought for.. for us to be able to even stand in a court room and have a fair proceeding.. is astounding.. and insanely ignorant. It pisses on the efforts of the men and women who fought, got arrested, were hurt, tortured and murdered.. for me to be here to today.. and have my rights.. and simply.. be equal. As a human. And this scumbag doesn’t even bother to read one of the cases that contributed to him having the right to perpetuate his bullshit.. but.. it literally pisses on what those before us went through to fight for rights that they, themselves, never even may see.. but, fight for rights of the future of our race. That’s why judge Perkins was so very very upset. And this dumbass gleefully laughs. He’s disgusting and thank goodness he doesn’t want to identify as black but as a “moorish American”…(?!😅😅), because we, the black race, don’t want or claim him. /END RANT😅😅.

For some people who might not have seen the very first day here's a brief summary of what happened. The prosecutors gave him a sweetheart deal. They were going to drop everything except the seat belt ticket and he was required to get a driver's license by a date. Not only did he refused he made the prosecutor mad as hell. That's when the prosecutor said that they were going to prosecute him on presenting fraudulent documentation of ID. He was carrying around one of those fake passports that almost look identical to a real passport given to you by the United states. If I remember correctly that is a felony charge he's facing on that one. The judge has been too kind to him during this whole entire process. That's the only reason he wants to judge to rule on all of the different cases since he feels he would get a bigger break from him than a jury. You tell me what judge would allow him to laugh at the court and not threaten to at least hold him in contempt of court for disrespecting the judge as he was reading case law to someone who doesn't understand it.

That was where the idiot was getting at.

Yeah I got the same feeling, he’s not actually saying he trusts the judge, it’s a trick. He wants the judge to decide the whole case so it’ll be easier for him to attack the judge directly - not just in appeal but by filing lawsuits directly against the judge. I believe he’s done that already and told him that he has to recuse himself due to conflict of interest. Typical sovcit garbage designed to drag on and on. What truly surprised me was how unhinged he was with laughing at different stages of today’s hearing … contrasted against his little patriotic speech of “they WILL respect my flag” bullcrap. Weird. I wonder why he left out the very next sentence in Thompson v smith? Thompson v Smith The right of a citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon in the ordinary course of life and business is a common right which he has under his right to enjoy life and liberty, to acquire and possess property, and to pursue happiness and safety. It includes the right in so doing to use the ordinary and usual conveyances of the day; and under the existing modes of travel includes the right to drive a horse-drawn carriage or wagon thereon, or to operate an automobile thereon, for the usual and ordinary purposes of life and business. It is not a mere privilege, like the privilege of moving a house in the street, operating a business stand in the street, or transporting persons or property for hire along the street, which a city may permit or prohibit at will. The exercise of such a common right the city may, under its police power, regulate in the interest of the public safety and welfare; but it may not arbitrarily or unreasonably prohibit or restrict it, nor may it permit one to exercise it and refuse to permit another of like qualifications, under like conditions and circumstances, to exercise it. [7, 8] The regulation of the exercise of the right to drive a private automobile on the streets of the city may be accomplished in part by the city by granting, refusing, and revoking, under rules of general application, permits to drive an automobile on its streets; but such permits may not be arbitrarily refused or revoked, or permitted to be held by some and refused to other of like qualifications, under like circumstances and conditions. It has been said that when the State or a city has the power to prohibit the doing of an act altogether, it has the power to permit the doing of the act upon any condition, or subject to any regulation, however arbitrary or capricious it may be; and may lawfully delegate to executive or administrative officers an uncontrolled and arbitrary discretion as to granting and revoking permits or licenses to do such acts He proved his own case wrong with his own citation. 🤣

What these guys never understand is that, if their license is revoked, they're still free to take a bus or train and their right to travel between states and not be papered at the Stateline is maintained.

Truly despicable behavior. To try to use a Civil Rights era decision about the right to congregate for what is RIGHT to translate into driving without a Driver's License shows how disrespectful this man is toward actual law and what is RIGHT!! I cannot blame this judge for getting upset with this con artist. If you do not like our laws or the rights granted by our Constitution, I invite you to try any other country in the world. You may LEAVE NOW!!

While I Get Javaar's frustration with how expensive everything is getting, I'm still calling BS on his defense. A person's race, religion or ethnicity (either real or imagined) doesn't grant a person carte blanch exemptions from the law. And, Javaar...it is my land as much as it your land, and I am NOT going to respect your flag, as it's lies based on lies.

So, if he is not a citizen of the US, then he does not have the right to work and make money in the US. He needs to get a work permit and green card. He is, per his position of not being a US citizen, in the country illegally. He should be deported back to whatever island or country he said he was from. He should be taken to Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood because he is from the land of Make-believe.
