Thanks for your review. My scope came with a battery. I did, however, put an extender on so that I can run the 18650. I've had no issues with the top turret clicking during video recording. Mine is not loud at all. I can feel the detents easily. My LRF clamp is tight, but I did add a little scope clamp tape to make certain the LRF doesn't move. I've used the LRF out to 600 yards, and it accurately reads my steel coyote target. This was on a measured course. So, it works to that distance accurately. Again, thanks for your review and information. I've had my scope since October, and it works very well for me. BTW, I have a Super Hogster, and there's no comparison! This is a huge upgrade!

Thank you for watching and the feedback! I did think that adding a little scope mount tape would work to tighten it up more. As far as the turret click sound it’s in every video I have watched. I think it’s just part of it. The rangefinder is definitely accurate and works fine but I hate having to manage another battery aside from the scope and power on/off another device.

Great, honest review! I also feel like a lot of people will say only good things about the scope. I think all customers should know all of the pros and cons so they can make an informed decision. Awesome video!

V2 has added Audio, Bluetooth for LRF and an Auto/Man NUC option. Keep on Keeping on.

I have this same scope and LRF. I can tell you my LRF mount is very tight and there’s no way it’ll move. Accidentally had mine fall over when leaned against the truck and it didn’t move. Something’s either up with your mount or you just need to adjust it because no way mine moves like that
@OutdoorAddictsx34 ай бұрын
Thanks for the review! I’ve had mine for a year. I didn’t experience the issues you had. My lrf was easily adjusted to make it tight without using tape and you can’t hear my turret click in any of my videos. Wonder if they changed something
@OutdoorAddictsx38 ай бұрын
Also, the first time I used the included battery for the lrf it only lasted 4 hrs. After that, for whatever reason mine now lasts all night and then some when using standby between sets. Also the firmware updates are easy using the old app, do not use the new app it doesn’t work. Also don’t do an update unless you’ve called Iray and they recommend it. After the newest update it does now have contrast adjustment. My scope also came with 2 18500 batteries. Bought mine almost a year ago. You did a great review just wanted to say these things since things have changed a little.

I hunt with this scope. It’s one bad mofo. My father in law has a thermion. I wouldn’t trade my bolt for the thermion. I know all the pulsar boot lickers think I’m nuts. Lol

Glad i watched this,was deciding btw this and thermion 2 lrf xp50,,,def goin with thermion
@OwnTheHunt4 ай бұрын
I would absolutely go with a Thermion, but the bolt is a 3.5x and the XP50 is 2x do you want a 3x scope or a 2x scope?

So in your opinion what is a better tube style scope same price or lower?
@OwnTheHunt9 ай бұрын
Pulsar Thermion XG50 lrf, XP50 pro lrf or non lrf are both better scopes. The RIX L6 is better in my opinion but I don’t like the company. Adders are nice also but not as good as the bolt 50

Is the image on the iRay bolt th50c v2 better than Pulsar Thermion xg50 LRF & xp50 LRF?
@OwnTheHunt7 ай бұрын
Not in my opinion and pulsar is just so much better.

Please !!! Tell us what your issue was with RIX,,,, all my buddies are running L-3’s now, mostly because of your and some other highly respected peoples reviews, I was within minutes of pushing the buy button on the L-6 until I seen the comment section in this video!! Yes you are professional, Yes you and others are highly respected, doing these reviews, But !! These scopes are a lot of money and I’m just your regular weekend warrior. Still working 60hrs a week raising the family, Before I invest my money in RIX , I think we all have the right to know what’s going on!!! Thank you, keep up the good work

They did me wrong and I’ll never support them again. They are also not running their business professionally. If that is anything you care about then I would say find another company to support with your hard earned money. If that isn’t important to you, then you will be very happy with an L6…until you have issues.

Would you buy this over the rix l6 ?

Honestly the image on the L6 is better in my opinion. But RIX as a company wouldn’t get my business.

@@shoots1004 it is a far better image quality than the adder. It’s actually better than most any 384 scope on the market. But the company pissed me off and will never get my business again.

@@OwnTheHunt do you mind sharing why or how they pissed you off. I am looking at the Bolt 50 and Pulsar XG 50 and Rix 6. I do not want to deal with a crap company, I already bought into that shit with ATN
