Best GCN episode I've seen. Local rural training at its best - knowing your own way, knowing where the people aren't, knowing where the views are, and the good eating. Green every which way, a good distance, and some climbs, but not a killer end to end. Love it.

Hey GCN, long time viewer here. Rather than "5 ways to make you look pro" or "5 ways to make your bike look pro" I'd prefer this kind of video. Also some video about Jeremy adventure and unique video about diet, Si video essay and racing preview. Id prefer 3-4 high quality video rather than the current quantity centric uploads. The camera could be a bit brighter. My dad was one of Ireland’s best cyclists in his day. Worked for Shay Elliot, named me after his brother Paul, and was in the same team as Sean Kelly. He was an animal on the bike and even made it into the papers a couple of times, our house is full of old cycling trophies and it was a tough world in the 60s and 70s. He was asked to join the Olympic team but was turned off by the doping. There’s a lot great spins to be had in Ireland, would be great to see Conor do some more.
