this songs wins for nostalgia. the late 2000's/early 2010's is such an underrated period of time, this song just proves it. it makes me feel so so good, something a lot of these songs this year don't do

I'm from Ireland and I have to agree with Deban. It doesn't make me feel anything at all, and I've actually liked most of our entries over the last few years. I despised it on first listen, but I think with decent staging, it could've stood out in the semi-final and possibly qualified in 9th or 10th position.

I gotta say i completely disagree with deban but I get where he is is coming from. I will say this it's quite the role reversal with deban and William. I've felt in previous years deban has been all about Ireland's entries and William I've felt needed some convincing on more than one occasion. So it's a nice role reversal. Still though deban was maybe a little too harsh but hey everyone has different tastes and I'm here for a more critical deban on occasions too.

This is old fashioned in the bad way, there is no sweet nostlagia connected to music from the 2010's because it was such a short time ago. I adore how William always finds a positive spin about all the songs but this is just not good.
