I'm not Irish but my dad is and we'd visit every summer growing up. Going in that water at Wexford Beach was a yearly ritual. Kids would be screaming, crying that we didn't want to go in after wetting our feet in the biting cold water you'd feel in your bones. My dad wouldn't let us leave until we'd all gotten in fully submerged. God the fry up was good after.

@@BishBosh24And I've seen it and been there and I am still saying: the weather sucks in Ireland, because it's always cold. 2-3 weeks during the Summer, that's like a Spring in Europe. If you know what the real Summer is, you wouldn't have your claims. Besides, I've seen so many places which are so much better. Irish landscapes are pretty much dull and generic. There are better and much more beautiful places in the world. You both should travel a bit, then you'd understand.

LOL This is actually pretty similar to NorCal because of the green-hills (because we actually get some rain unlike SoCal) .... I would say our beaches are more beautiful to look at than SoCal because of the rugged cliffs n shit but the water is slightly warmer in SoCal (still cold tho). Luckily for us tho we have TONS of rivers/lakes/reservoirs to swim in that are MUCH warmer than the ocean during our summers. The ocean has some dope qualities too (chilling, bonfires, throw around a football, watch a sunset, etc) tho but swimming in it without a wetsuit isnt one of them lol.

Ireland has also statistically seen the biggest demographic change per capita in recent history of any country through huge levels of immigration as per comments of an ex garda minister for integration. Actually since he made this comment immigration levels have INCREASED! And if you mention this extreme change to the country to most people they will presume you are far right! Pretty odd! 😂

Maybe thats because historically its has only ever been the far right ANYWHERE in the world that say the things u guys say. But its ok, not one of u even realise that when ur waving our flag and harping on about the heroes of 1916 that each and every one of them were left wing, even some would be considered far left. Yeh Imagine that! And every single one of them would be 100% against this hateful tiny little internet army of trolls that are the real invaders of our country. Well, wont be long now til u have all those lovely open minded loyalists to cosy up to when the country re-unites. Some kindred spirits for u, who btw speak about US the exact same way u guys speak about these 'bloody foreigners' Maybe should form a group, call urselves the Irish Defence League or maybe the West British National Front? Would be completely apt

You are so wrong, as someone who is well travelled there are places in the rest of the world that you would NEVER come even close to finding in North America. Plus travelling isn't just about the coastlines and natural environment. What about the meeting people of different cultures? Different food? Different Architecture? Just to name a few. You sound very narrow minded and if you haven't actually visited these places then you have no place commenting that they're the same as North America, because you wouldn't know any different. North America is a beautiful place but you can not come even close to experiencing the same things as you can in other continents.

The problem with Ireland is a bad weather. I know, I know, no one likes it and it is how it is. Ireland is surrounded by the ocean so no wonder it's cold even during the Summer. As for the landscapes (scenery), to me it's a bit generic. I'm Croatian, so our landscapes are very diverse and there's way more sunshine, of course. Also, the houses are mostly semi-detached in Ireland and kinda small to me. I think Ireland needs a bit greater and modern buildings, because these new builds look very retro, and I have to say many are not made of a high quality materials (mostly it's a cheap knauf, so the floors are cracking while walking while the windows are not sealed properly during the bad weather), while the real estates are very very expensive (whether they're for sale or renting). As for the economy, sure, Irish one is one of the best in the world, even better than German. On the other hand, Croatian economy sucks big time and the Government is corrupted as hell and if I could I would put them all to prison for life. Still, to me, we have a much better and more tasteful food. I wish I could exchange the best from both side and implement into the eachother's countries, both parties would benefit quite a lot.
