Really happy for her. She proved to everyone how much of a fun fighter and a savage she is. This is a fight I’ll show to people who say WMMA is boring. I hope she keeps winning. I will say one thing though, I really hope she works on checking leg kicks. It’s an issue which I’ve noticed in her recent fights. Anyways congrats to her and I hope she fights in the early quarter of next year, maybe May to give her time to recover from that war.

Aldana has all the tools to be a fighter to hold a belt. I believe her corner needs to better communicate with her. Instead of telling her to "throw more puches." I believe she could've done better with the Holly fight. Instead of chasing she should have cut the ring off, and closing the distance at the same time. In the Rosa fight, her not checking those leg kicks could've been the difference in the decision. And the fight with Amanda she was too cautious. No doubt she could've out boxed Amanda but it was a lot hesitation and not sticking with a plan. Her corner needs to tighten the reigns and give Aldana sound feedback from what they see so she can go out and dominate like we know she can.

This fight might end up FOTY!! BUT this performance means nothing. This was Karol Rosa. Irene's peoblem is not showing up in the big moments against the real elite. That's the knock. It's not that she's not tough or exciting. It's that fumbles the ball in big fights. That's a mental thing. And all this is coming from a fan. There hasn't been an Aldana fight that I wasn't rooting for her...even vs Amanda I couldn't root against her. Btw, she can't keep eg kicks like that. MBS kicks HARD! Irene is gonna have to fix that.

The only more on that said Irene was ''boring'', was Julianna Pena, ironically the most boring female fighter in the division (throws sloppy punches just to close the distance and hug for dear life)
