This is one of the few rare KZbin channels that tries and achieves authentic recreations of an era and time none of us can visit. The detail and use of products and techniques is fantastic. I was so excited to see this video pop up in my subscriptions today. The only channel that comes close is Justine’s channel Early American where she makes authentic recipes from 1820 and earlier in a cabin over a fire. Please keep them coming. It really is a work of art!
