Hi everyone and welcome to my channel, today I'll restore a little antique German bisque doll. She was broken and reglued but is missing arms, legs and a half of the head. Hope you'll enjoy watching me bringing her back to life!

Actually a “trousseau “ is the bridal gown and accompanying clothing for a bride. Unless a bridal gown was there I didn’t see!! But I totally agree I was surprised as well there was clothing and a complete set of dishes and hats. An awesome gift!!

Watching this was literally like you are the epitome of what I’ve always loved and the only thing I want to say is that your work reminded me of Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres’s Madame Moitessier - DETAIL PERFECT . It’s not just the conclusion of your meticulously “fit for Royalty” work , but the immense circumference of the heart of your practice which is jaw droppingly well executed . I just did a rudimentary restoration of a 34" Japanese Murimo ?? Brothers Doll. She was so tall! and gorgeous with ropes inside of her. I wish that I had watched this video before I started on her, things would have gone better.

Oh my gosh at 17:30 when you see her face almost complete, she's so beautiful! I gasped. This is one of the most loving toy restorations I have ever seen. I'm sure if a little girl would see this doll, she would cry and wanted a doll like that. When I saw how gentle you worked at the doll and sewing the dresses, my eyes filled by tears. I remember as a child, I had a teddy bear, that I loved, there were both laugh and tears when the arm tear off. Lovely videos you show us all, thank you for bringing an old memory in my mind.
