15:51 well fine. But actually it's Harmandar which came from hari ka mandir which translates to Hari's(one of the name for God) mandir. Mandir word comes from man andar which translates to inside mind. Now one can ask what is mind. Mind is ... Well .umm. you will find out that. So coming back to the name. So the name is Shri Harmandar Sahib. Shri is a respect showing word, sahib is love and respect showing word. It is the place where 24*7 God's name is being said and sung, hyms are being sung, God's praise are being sung.
