I installed the west eagle drag pipes on my yamaha xv 250 bobber project today. It sounds great ill be doing a how to video on rejetting the carbs. The little red devil sounds like a beast. Gilby is looking awsome keep up the good work.

I have the same indicators in black with LED lights. Although I haven't put in the adapter so they blink super fast 😆 Really enjoying this series man! Giving me some great ideas of what to do next on my build. Thanks!!

For the front turn signal, I have a vulcan 1500 red and black wire turn signal. Which wires do I connect them to if you dont mind sharing some info? Thanks, enjoying your build videos.

From memory its dark green and black one side chocolate and black the other. Black to black. Red to green, red to chocolate. From memory only and its 6 mths since that video. Its up to you to research it mate and double check! Cheers!

Hi great video! I Just installed the same ones on my xv250 but ran into some difficulty. The Indicators would blink at double speed - similar to what happens with LED's. So i went out and bought a LED 2 pin Flasher relay. Now they blink at the correct speed whilst idling but when you put some revs on the blinkers speed increases. Do you think this is an earthing problem? Maybe i needed the 3 pin LED relay instead? Cheers for your help!

+Basil Dannapfel could be but im pretty sure it needs a 3 pin. One pin to each indicator and then earth. Might need to consult google mate!

Taz i ran into three wires on the stock front signals and the lights i have is two wires i couldnt see close enough in your video but it did look like you had the same thing going on how do i wire that up

Altin Wood my indicators were two leads plugging into two leads on the bike. Im guessing with some areas having running lights etc. The third wire would be that so just guessing here one may have constant power, one earth one for the indicators. Just a guess though man if that was the case avoid the constat power and you may be ok. I cant stress im guessing here though and it would pay to google etc.

Australian bikes never have running light man. The indicators just indicate so we always only have 2 leads to my knowledge!

Does yours have back marker lights, or just markers on in front & just turn signal in back? Trying figure out if went out on mine?

Just indicators (turn signal) front and back and tail light in the brake light of course! 👍👍

Nooooo, Dont Cut the wires, No, No, No - DONT CUT EM!! (i was screaming at me screen) Under the guard, beneath the Tabs, are the connectors...Doh! Maybe put some chrome Domed bolts in the holes left? MrFalloffalot CrashTestDummy TV dooh should have done that. Should have looked harder for the plugs 😔 But some chrome dome nuts would look very cool! Will grab some when i head into town next! Thats Tasmanian speak for heading into thd big smoke of devonport!! Not sure what they were thinking on the viragos with the lollipops but an easy fix for sure!! Thanks you ride safe too mate!
