Budget Bobber Build #32 | How to drill out baffles & gut the exhaust | Build Lollipops Virago XV250

In this episode gut the exhaust or drill out the baffles with a 44mm hole saw on Gilby the Yamaha XV250, Virago 250, V-star 250 or Route 66. To give it a much deeper rumble. We also make and install some lollipops to create a little back pressure to help it run!
I adjusted the air fuel screw 1/2 turn out to make it richer also!
