She said this in the intro: It was a friend of hers who signed her up for The Voic and said "you cant just perform musicals in Notodden. You have to go out into the world." She said she is very confident in her voice when she sings at home, but is very self-critical and has felt she has not been good enough, but when she challenges herself like being on The Voice, she believes she will be able to build up her self-esteem.

Irina: My name is Irina Jarle: Hi Irina. They are shouting Irina in the crowd. Yosef: I totally agree with saying "Irina"!!! Jarle: You have fans. I am among them. It was very very nice. I don't know what to say. Can you join my team and you can teach me to sing softly. Irina: Yes, we can. Yosef: You have an amazing register and you know how and when to let it out. But most of all, for my part, it is that when you convey, you tell a story. And there are many ways to do it, but you paint it. You force me along and it was wonderfully done.
