This video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I´ve never seen something like this ! Truly amazing !! The song you choosed was really powerful and brought even more emotion in the scenes and voiceovers and lines you used . The editing is absolutely flawless , I don´t know what to say ! Everybody should see this because you showed Damon in his vulnerability , the way he care about things but don´t want people to know , the reason he does horrible things . He is scared of what he is capable of doing , he is scared of letting someone in and starting to love this person because he knows how much love hurts , life hurts , he doesn´t want people to trust him because he is afraid of letting people down . That´s why he does all those things , he thinks because he did terrible things in the past , he doesn´t deserve love or forgiveness and so he does everything to keep people out.

Elena brings forth his true personality. I think that his 'evil' side of him was something he grew into in combination of Katherine ruining him aside with his humanity being off for such a long time.. But there are just some things I don't agree with the writers on and their illogical script partially; e.g, "he hates him self" - according to Stefan. That's not true. He's just so used to being hated, and has always chose the easy resort out because he hates to feel for all he does. All people close to Damon has either abominated or does despise him, and instead of living with sensing it from those around him, he shuts it and automatically acts on it. It correlates with human psychology in real life; when people think something of you and it's not true as an antithesis, eventually you'll start to implement that. But why? Because you're so sick of bothering to prove them wrong when they're clearly unshakable. So instead you accidently end up doing just what they believe you will and when you have, your luck is out and you don't bother to be someone whose repute has been sullied. So you somewhat just give into being this repute cause you don't care about who you are anymore.. Tradgically, but true- I'm certain as I can speak from own experience. Speaking of Stefan, now, he DOES actually hate his ripper side and he avoids being a vampire at all costs, instead of embracing (for why he's on a 'vegetarian' vampire diet). Stefan has self-loathe, and that's the reason he hasn't been able to find true love or fully commit to a relationship. The actual reason he and Elena were togheter was because she were a more pure version of Katherine, and deep down Katherine always was the one for him. He just couldn't stand Katherine's personality and repressed his feelings for her and persuaded him that Elena was _the one_ because of the exact reason that Elena was the human Katherine _(or so to speak : her essential doppelgänger)_, thus Stefan couldn't handle Elena's vampirism.. Why do you think that? Well, foremost, maybe because Katherine was one and Stefan saw Katherine differently as a human (who he thought she was) and he feared Elena would turn into a similar Katherine or at least resemble her for whatever reason (maybe her doppelgänger blood??). _Who knows really_.... --Secondly, simply because he hasn't fully embraced his vampirism self yet. He loathe that side of him. Furthermore : self-loathe. And when you feel that you cannot learn to fully love someone until' you've come to terms with loving your self! If the writers ever as much as elude that fact I'm completely honest when saying they have failed this show for eternity. This is not a demand, and I was sure I'd be the last one to say this but if Steroline _is_ an actualization in season 6, I'm not so sure I can watch tvd anymore truthfully (its presumption is hella childish).. On the bright side, I do love the fact that Stefan is the serie's main character and that the serie somewhat follows his prospect and narrates his thoughts. It should stay that way, whilst Delena is the true love story in all of it. I just wish the writers would stick to truth there in particular (with Stefano). ~ I never said I actually _like_ his character. If the writers ever were to make his character more authentic and sincere, perhaps I would. And for what reason? Basically his self-loathe not being depicted in the right way or at all. I feel like he's overacting the good guy perzona. And just about that, not to mention he has been acting a dick to Elena at times, unlike Damon has or ever would. Damon would never intentionally hurt Elena. Not saying he isn't a good guy thought (Stefan). Lol. You get my point being!
